SOIL INVESTIGATION FOR PROVN OF WK (a) Determination of SBC of soil by performing necessary test such as SPT/DCPT whichever is suitable recommending the type of foundation and determine SBC of soil at depth of 8, 9 & 10 meters by performing bore holes upto required depth along with SPT of 0.15 m bore hole or open pit of required depth in gravellary/boundary strata alongwith DCPT from ESL upto 10m/ refusal whichever is earlier, collection of soil samples (Disturbed/undisturbed) their complete lab testing as per relevant IS Code taking SSWL (if encountered) and other engineering and index property and evaluation of soil bearing capacity and chemical analysis of soil samples to determine PH value, sulphates and chlorides as per relevant IS Code. * The proposed SBC report is for construction of 'Sewage Sump Cum Pump House Bulding' of capacity 401 to 500 cum/day of sewage.

1. Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) including detailed estimate alongwith preparation of BOQ for sewer line network alongwith "Sewage Sump cum Pump House" for N-5 and N-6 Area, Air Force Station Chakeri with under mentioned terms :- (a) Preparation of structural & architectural drawings of civil units with most economical & efficient sewage network, hydraulic design & calculation. The Central Public Health & Environment Engineering Organisation (CPHEEO) Manual should be followed for design of proposed sewage line network. DPR & detailed estimate should be based according to MES (SSR-2020). (b) Double wall corrugated (SN8) pipe laid on 150mm thick PCC should be considered for proposed sewage line network. (c) All proposed manholes upto depth of Two (02) mtr (from GL) should be of brick masonary & for depth exceeding Two (02) mtr, it should be of RCC. The cover for all types of manholes should be of SFRC (Steel Fiber Reinforcement Concrete) with frame. (d) Designing (hydraullicaly, structurally & aesthetically) & supplying of drawings for RCC "Sewage Sump cum Pump House Building" suitable for a capacity of 401 to 500 Cum/day of sewage or of capacity as per ground requirement based on the calculation (with invert level of incoming sewage upto four (04) mtr or as per site requirement). The RCC M-30 design mix should be considered for desiging of "Sewage Sump cum Pump House Buliding". The drawings should be shown with all piping connections, valves, internal electification, MS ladder ventilation shaft, BB Chambers, screening etc.
