Sch 'A' Part-I B/R work:- Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick sreed bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F glazed coloured ceramic tiles 350X250X7mm/ 450X350X7mm thick as in vertical surface such as skirting, dado, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles incl 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrte tile coloured 20x20x25mm thick with grey cement and pigment confirming jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including laid over 20mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work on ceiling complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in framed work, in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for Plain fillets of second class soft wood (KAIL), sectional area exceeding 13 Sqcm but not exceeding 25 Sqcm in square, rectangular or traingular in section, clean sawn secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Mouldings exc 75mm but not exc 200mm girth on softwood, fixed with nails complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, roof coverings & wall

S&F 0.63mm thick, galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers as in roofs, walls etc, with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63 mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling PVC water tanks of capacity exc 500 but n exc 1000 ltr and removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F 1000 ltr capacity rotationally moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) double layers of approved make hoisted & fixed at position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling PVC water tanks of capacity exc 250 Ltr but n. exc 500 ltr and removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F 500 ltr capacity rotationally moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) double layers of approved make hoisted & fixed at position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re fixing or removal to stores complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 15mm dia bore GI tubes medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 35mm thick of 2nd class softwood Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 30mm thick of 2nd class softwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. devided in squares in plain, chamfered or rounded. mittered and rebated with sash bars and providing in windows, ventilators and stiles and rails etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of wood and wood based material surface of any descriptiony description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 100mm long, mild steel butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Point wiring with multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable in PVC casing and capping, 1.5 Sqmm with all fittings/accessories and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper earth wire connected to common earth including closed recessed wooden terminal Boxes of suitable size made of 2nd class hard wood for mounting switches, sockets etc with 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for One light point or one fan point controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 sq.mm size, complete.
