Supply, fix, testing & commissioning for Bus bar box size 450 x 350 x 250 mm fabricated out of 2 mm thick MS Sheet having 4 Nos closed Aluminium bus bar chamber of capacity 200 A (including necessary insulator) suitable for 3 phase & neutral, 4 wire 50 Hz AC,415V including red,blue & yellow LED indication lamp and front openable hinged cover with proper locking arrangement ,outdoor type weather proof with angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm(including painting of angle iron) outoor, floor mounting 100 cm above ground level grouting including making PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded course aggregate block of size 500x400x300 mm with complete plastering & white wash etc also includes provision of suitable size of cable glands,cable lugs,nut, bolts,washers etc for fixing of cable with the bus bar.The bottom portion of enclosure shall be minimum 90 cm above ground level of legs of angle iron all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of GI tubes medium grade, galvanised, 25 mm bore including necessary GI fittings, laid in trenches or under floor or fixed with poles/walls for fixing of air termination complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant of items of BOQ.

Supply and fixing new Gun metal gate valve/glove valve ISI marked with Iron wheel head screwed both end for GI tubing of size 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
