Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces to given an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new, plastered / concrete surfaces as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701MORD.

Flooring with chequrred terrazzo tiles of 22mm thick (medium shade) set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including near cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm & jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete, including complete for finished item of work, but including the cost of conveyance of all materials.

Flooring with Galaxy Granite 18-20 mm thick upto 2.43M (Premium Quality) other than black set our base coat of CM(1:8) 20mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab including neat cement slurry honey light constituency spread at 3.30Kgs per Sq. and jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matched shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like cement sand water and tiles etc. complete including labour charges for dressing of tiles etc. complete for finished item of work

Plastering with CM (1:4) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges and labour charges for mixing of mortor watering curing etc. complete.
