1. Pump- Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA qualified reputed make water-lubricated VT pump set with bronze/SS impellers, SS shaft with Mild Steel (MS), Electric Resistant Welded (ERW) column pipe of suitable diameter and length. The pump set is coupled with a vertical squirrel cage induction motor. The pump set shall have a capacity of 1850 m3/hr (514 lps) discharge and 65 m head.
2. Motor-supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA pre-qualified reputed make, IE3 or higher vertical mounted Solid shaft TEFC squirrel cage induction motor for direct coupling with the above pump set having RPM 960 or nearest suitable for operation at 3.3 KV 3 phase 50Hz.AC supply, Class F insulation, IP55 degree of protection with all standard accessories such as sufficient number of RTDs for body temperature and bearing temperature, Space heater etc as per standards. The motor should confirm to EEFI/IS standards.
3.STARTER
Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of suitable rating FCMA Soft Starter assembly in suitable dust and vermin proof powder coated 3mm thick steel anti chemical paint coated floor mounting type panel board with the following components. A) FCMA Soft Starter unit b) Off load isolator C) Main vacuum contactor D) Bypass Vacuum contactor E) Programmable motor protection relay Micom 220 Schneider for main protection E) Additional fail-safe motor protection relay MPro 100 or equivalent F) Surge Suppressor – 3Nos G) Current transformers and potential transformers for control, protection and metering. H) Multi-function digital meters for measuring voltage, Current, Energy, KW, Frequency etc I) Panel and Unit temperature sensors and tripping relays J) Indicating lamps K) Hooter with accept button L) Anti condensation heaters M) Mechanical as well as electrical interlocking facility N) ON-OFF-Trip-Healthy LED indicators etc and control contactors and relays as per standards complete with control wiring and busbar interconnections.
4. Cabling work-Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of suitable size XLPE cables as per IS standards for the above pump set from panel board to starter and from starter to motor considering energy conservation.
6.Earthing-Supply of all material and providing suitable earthing by using Copper earthing strips of suitable rating for earthing to motor, starter, panel board etc as per CEA standards and IS and linking to main earth bus and to the earth pit provided as per IS 3043/2018
7.Capacitor-Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of heavy duty ISI marked KWA approved / from reputed manufacturers APP capacitor with Detuned Reactor for use in 3.3KV supply and to be connected to the incoming side of the motor using suitable cables, in suitable sheet steel panel with Isolator, Vacuum contactor, HT HRC fuses , Indicating lamps , Metering etc including cabling, Bus bars, Interconnections and control wiring and earthing.
8. VALVES: Supply of suitable size best quality ISI marked 500 mm size heavy duty cast iron double flanged sluice valve PN 1.6 suitable for above pump set factory fitted detachable multi turn electrical actuator having following specifications and conditions :- 415V 3Phase 50Hz S2 duty serviceable 3Phase motor ,torque switches ON/OFF indications manual override hand wheel remote start/stop facility ,integrated starter etc. Actuator should capable for operating 500 mm sluice valve at 4.8kg/cm2 line pressure and time of duration required to fully open to fully close is not greater than 15 minutes -1No. Supply of suitable size best quality, ISI marked heavy duty cast iron 500 mm size double flanged reflex Non Return Valve as per PN 1.6 suitable for above pump set -1no Supply reputed make 150 mm dia Fluid filled pressure gauge with Regulator cock and all accessories suitable for the above pump set -1set
