Inspection, maintenance and servicing of 10 KVA DG set installed at MPC complex including , AMF panel of connected DG sets for routine check up(once in a month/A check) of the engine for the smooth functioning as per the manufacturers instructions and all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Serial Item No.1.00 here-in-before but for 100 KVA DG set installed at RO plant.

M & L for cleaning of Raw water UG sumps of Ten (10) Million Litres Capacity by scrapping with nylon brushes, sweeping for removing silt/sand/mud/moss and all deposits inside the sump and removing the rubbish to distance not exc. 01 KM and depositing where directed. with one coat of distemper on exterior surfaces & white wash an interior , writing of sump particulars along with date of cleaning & next due date complete all as specified and directed. Note: Applying the bleaching powder before scrapping and after cleaning of sump and rates are deemed into quoted rates of tenderer.

Taking out carefully unserviceable fuel injector pump assembly of 200kVA DG set of 1500 RPM Make:- CUMMINS/KIRLOSKAR/KEC/CROMTON, cleaning/ oiling/servicing fuel injector pump assembly , recalibration of Fuel Injector Pump after replacing unserviceable nozzles/Bearing bush with roller/ Delivery valve with washer and spring/Roller Bearing. /Bearing end plate etc.,re-assembling and fixing the same in position and testing the Fuel Injector Pump assembly all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/replacement of maintenance free battery of capacity 12V 65 AH battery or suitable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
