S&F, factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab, 450x600mm, 20-25mm thick as in flooring laid over and including screed bed of 15mm thick in CM (1:6), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/hard standing and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm/ 450mm x 350mm x 7mm on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

M&L, for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658- 2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade including 25mm thick sand cushion below paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of concrete in ceilings, chajjas, fins facia etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete surface in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with using water proofing compound by weight of cement as per manufacturer instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement for laying APP membrane at non -accessible roof (mumty) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement as primer complete all as specified and directed.
