Dismantling reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition), for height exceeding 15 metres but not exceeding 21 metres from average ground level, including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), for height exceeding 15 metres but not exceeding 21 metres from average ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fibre sheet including ridges as in roof covering and stacking at site where directed for height exceeding 15 metres but not exceeding 21 metres from average ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep & getting out in any type of soil (i.e. soft/ loose or hard/ dense soil) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out in any type of soil (i.e. soft/ loose or hard/ dense soil), returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified & as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, base of columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, framed signed boards, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work including welding conforming to Fe.290 (Gde E-165), for height exceeding 15 metres but not exceeding 30 metres from average ground level, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 8 mm dia stainless steel fastner/ anchor bolts, 100mm long steel supports, fixed to RCC column/ beam, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts of any diameter of shank as required at site (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10cm long, for height upto 30 metres from average ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 19 here-in-before but bars 6 to 8 mm dia.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, including necessary welding etc. conforming toGde E-250 (Fe 410-W) quality `A’, for height upto 7.5 metres from average ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, including necessary welding etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality 'A’, for height exceeding 15 metres but not exceeding 30 metres from average ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, necessary welding, etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality 'A’, for height upto 7.5 metres from average ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel work in Stairs (framed) including stringers, treads, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc. and similar works complete including necessary welding etc. conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality 'A’, for height upto 30 metres from average ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/ ridges/ cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed. Notes : (i) Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE. (ii) Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding, safety net, safety belt, etc

S&F 18/19 mm thick block boards, grade 2 quality, interior grade, decorative type with decorative face veneer on one face, fixed with nut and bolts to MS angle frame, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed, rubber moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006 (ISI marked), laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushioning. (ii) Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer, for height upto 7.5 metres from average ground level, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surfaces, for height exceeding 15 metres but not exceeding 30 metres from average ground level, complete all as directed.

M&L for non shrink cementitious micro concrete (‘SikaRep Microcrete-4’ of Sika or equivalent of Dr. Fixit / Fosroc / Pidilite) meeting ASTM C1107 standard and having minimum compressive strength 55 N/sqmm after 28 days as per ASTM C109, complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, cost inclusive of scaffolding, shuttering, formwork, curing etc. for height exceeding 15 metres but not exceeding 30 metres from average ground level complete all as directed. Note : Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of form work, scaffolding, safety belt, etc.

E&M Items: S&F 90 Watt LED street light fitting, High Efficiency IP 65 protection, CCT - 5700K, system lumen efficacy 120 Lm/W, powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing, top opening with separate driver compartment and toughened glass, fixing to existing bracket including nut bolts, connected with & including 2.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable and electrically connected to the existing system and testing on completion complete all as directed. Make : Jaquar Cat No. LSRT015090XC or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

M&L for street light bracket made from MS tubing in required size & shape at site, cut to length, bend to shape required and suitable for existing street light pole and fixing the bracket to pole with MS flat and nuts and bolts and finally painting the exposed steel surface with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of MS pipe shall be as directed. (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of painting. Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

S&F Distribution Board (DB) sheet metal enclosure, VTPN, TPN, Vertical, 4 Way, flush mounted & surface mounting, suitable for fixing 3 Pole / 4 Pole MCCBs & MCBs, 415 Volts with 250 Amps rated copper bus bar, 36 KA, DB fitted with bus bar neutral links blank plates, fitted with and including MCCB, 4 Pole, 160 Amps rating, rupturing capacity 36 kA, 415 Volt grade, AC, 50 Hz, with Thermal Magnetic Protection - 01 No., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for sinking for DB and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. S&F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp, 240 V, 50 Hz, AC supply, 10 kA, 'C' Curve, complete all as directed. Make: Legrand Cat No. 4085 87 to 4085 95 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

S&F MCB SPN 63 Amp, 240 V, 50 Hz, AC supply, 10 kA, 'C' Curve, complete all as directed. Make: Legrand Cat No. 4086 20 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

S&F MCB TP 63 Amp, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC supply, 10 kA, 'C' Curve, complete all as directed. Make: Legrand Cat No. 4086 61 or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 6 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & one run of 6 sqmm size earth continuity conductor, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade cables (ISI marked), drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit (ISI marked) not less than 25mm dia & conduit fittings/accessories, fixed concealed in wall/ceiling complete all as specified & as directed. S&F 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting of existing road for removing / laying UG Cables/ pipe line, depth of cutting not exceeding 60cm and width 45cm and filling the trench of road i.e. excluding top 20cm with existing aggregate obtained from cutting, watered and properly rammed to satisfaction of EIC and finally provide with & including 20 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate to entire width of trench & finally match the top surface to road & disposal of debris to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and depositing where directed complete all as directed.
