RequiredThe Bidder should have experience in manufacture & supply of same type of Mechanical seals for 500 MW capacity Thermal Power Stations prior to the date of submission of the bid.

RequiredAll the Mechanical seals supplied to KTPS-VI Stage should be one to one replacement and Interchangeability certificate to be produced along with the material.

RequiredAll of Mechanical seals supplied should be given a guarantee period of 18 Months from Supply or 12 Months from the Installation, whichever is earlier

RequiredAcceptance of commercial terms and upload duly filled certificate.

RequiredGST registration certificate

RequiredHSN codes of the materials (6 to 8 digits) and GST rates of the offered material.

RequiredThe bidder must up load the EMD payment details i.e., scanned copy of DD or online transaction receipt.

RequiredBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification enclosed can only be considered.

RequiredBidders with poor performance in executing the previous purchase orders /bidders who have executed partial supplies during the delivery period/bidders who have not supplied the material even after several notices/bidders who supplied the material lately and suffered the works/bidders whose supplies failed during guarantee performance period/black listed firms are not eligible for quoting
