Supply of externally illuminated Wind Direction Indicator assembly complete with frangible lattice structure made of fibre glass material as per IS 875(Part III) of Minimum of height 4.5 Metres , light assembly with 4x20 W outdoor tye LED light fixture and 1 No. LED Aviation obstruction light suitable for operation on 230 V,50HZ,Single Phase AC Supply, drum, windsock of lenght not less than 3.6 metre and a diameter at the larger end of not less than 0.9 meters, suitable foundation bolts, outdoor junction box with 6A DP MCB, interconnection etc. complete as required as per ICAO Standards and Specifications.

Dismantling the existing wind sock assembly and hand over to Electrical Engineering Stores as per the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge etc. complete as are required.

Clearing the site and installation new wind direction indicator assembly complete with suitable concrete foundation made as per manufacturers recommendation, testing and commissioning etc, complete as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. (a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal).

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (a) 4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Earth work in excavation of Hard rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

SITC of LT feeder pillar SMC box Sintex make model No. GS-JB-3016-T containing 1 No. 32A 4P MCB, earthing, required foundation supporting channels/Pole etc complete as required.

Supply and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable joint kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for the following size size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (a)4 x 16 Sq.mm

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains(not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,lift upto 1.5 including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of cantering and shutering-All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand(zone-III):8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations ,footing,bases for columns

Cement Concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including finishing complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work
