Removal of Horizontal shaft, centrifugal pumpset (Coupled/Monoblock) (20.00 HP) and its accessories from borewell/open well for attending repairs 50% of the rates mentioned under item 17(a),(b) and (c ) may be allowed for the respective Horse power.
Repair and Reconditioning of MS shaft and CI bush for 20Hp monobloc pump work scope:The Scope of work includes fabricating and precision machining the 20HP monobloc pump shaft using high -grade ms- EN8 material to restore it to its original specifications.The cast iron(CI) bush will be replaced to ensure optimal performance.Additionally, the 6306 bearings will be replaced with new ones, and 8mm rope packing will be installed to provide proper sealing and prevent leakage.Once all components are replaced,the pump will be reassembled and thoroughly tested to ensure smooth operation and proper alignment.
