Dismantling of existing EI Items such light fittings/ Ceiling / Exhaust fans / heavy duty wall mounting fans/ MCB Distribution Boards / Switch boards / MS conduits / GI Earthing strip / bus bars / Wiring and transporting by arranging vehicle from Alwal TE Bldg to Tirumalgherri Exchange as per engineer incharge direction i/c loading and unloading etc., as required.

Dismantling of Fuse cut out / capacitor box / DG changeover panel / LT Panel after disconnecting all incoming and out going working power cables and transporting by arranging vehicle from Alwal TE Bldg to Tirumalgherri Exchange as per engineer incharge direction i/c loading and unloading etc., as required.

Dismantling of smoke detection system / smoke detectors / hooters / MCPs/ MS boxes / 2core armoured copper conductor cables after disconnecting all incoming and out going cables and transporting by arranging vehicle from Alwal TE Bldg to Tirumalgherri Exchange as per engineer incharge direction i/c loading and unloading etc., as required.

Dismantling of 30kVA AVR after disconnecting all incoming and out going working power cables and transporting by arranging vehicle from Alwal TE Bldg to Tirumalgherri Exchange as per engineer incharge direction i/c loading and unloading etc., as required.

Dismantling of armoured power cables of various sizes connected between Fuse box / Energy meter / LT panel / DG set control panel, coiling and transporting by arranging vehicle from Alwal TE Bldg to Tirumalgherri Exchange as per engineer incharge direction i/c loading and unloading etc., as required.

ITC of existing 1.5TR split AC unit, by fixing of Indoor unit on existing wall and fixing of Outdoor unit on existing stand / wall bracket, connecting refrigerant pipes (Both Vapour and Liquid lines) etc, as per the Engineer in charge direction etc., as required .

General servicing of 1.5 TR split AC units including Inverter and non inverter type removing of filter elements and top covers, cleaning of condenser, and evaporating coils with water jet spray blowing dust/ cleaning of filters, checking of connections etc., as required.

Topping up of refrigerant Gas charging for 1.5TR inverter type Split AC units with R410 refrigerant gas i/c pressure testing, leak arresting, Vaccumisation, purging with Refrigerant Gas etc., complete as required

Dismantling of existing MS perforated / glasswool sound proof accoustic system from the wall surface / ceiling etc., by arranging welding machine with skilled labour and transporation of the same from TE Alwal to TE Tirumalgherri i/c loading and unloading etc., as required.

Dismantling of existing 63KVA EA Set from the Engine bed, including disconnecting of power cables, earth strip connections, dismantling exchaust MS Pipe line from the wall / MS angle iron structure of DG control panel etc., as required (Make : Kirloskar)

Shifting of existing 63KVA EA set from TE Alwal to Tirumalgherri TE along with all Electrical Accessories including safe loading in Vehicle, Transporting by arranging hired vehicle, safe un-loading etc., as required.

Closing of exhaust fan / fresh air louvers with necessary GI including sealing the gaps with sealant to avoid rain water leakage including removing of exhaust fan/ louver and making good etc., as required

Providing minor civil works after dismantling of EI & Fans/ cables etc., that is closing of holes / providing cement masonary work etc., as required

Providng wiring for 2 nos. AC units with 3core 2.5 sqmm copper flexible cable with necessary clamping / interconnections testing in the existing BTS shelter of apprx. Siz 5x3 mtrs etc., as required
