Job contract for conservancies & up-keep of areas for both operational, non operational area i/c terminal buidling & ancillary buldings area as per recommendation of AAI standard for operation on all working days i/c. Sundays and Holidays by engaging manpower. The job includes cleaning and maintenance of Toilets & sewer lines in Terminal Building & other buildings, cleaning work of building areas in floors, glasses, chairs, sofa, conveyor belt, furniture, counters etc. ; cleaning, sweeping of runway,apron,taxi, as directed, removing FOD from Runway, taxiway, apron & other paved areas and other miscellaneous works, maintaining all records and documentation etc., including provision of uniform and liveries, complete as required as per agreement conditions and as per the instruction of EIC. One job shall be considered as deployment of 08 nos. unskilled manpower and 02 nos. skilled manpower for 30 days per month. Cleaning materials and tools shall be provided by AAI
