Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for 25 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 10mm graded aggregate as in Sub base for flooring / Levelling course / Padding over roof slabs complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone Slab laid, bedded and pointed in Cement Mortar of thickness not exceeding 25 mm and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring using 20 to 25mm thick slabs, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, the size and design / pattern of slabs shall be as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more shades of slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc. using 20 to 25mm thick slabs laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, the size and design / pattern of slabs shall be as directed, including borders, margins in two or more shades of slabs over backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in Brick Walls, making good to facings where required and pointing in Cement Mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-20 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams, columns, landings, shelves, Chajjas and the like including use and removal of steel formwork for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Use and removal of steel formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick [horizontal or sloping] including fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Use and removal of steel formwork to Edges of Concrete Flats, Treads, Breaks in Floors, Window Cills, Concrete Railings, Ppenings in Concrete Walls, Floor and Roofs not exceeding 20cm wide and sides of RCC / PCC Bands in Walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide for fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for GI Wire Netting 1.4mm dia and 12mm Mesh / Nominal Pitch lathing to Concrete surfaces etc. including all laps, cutting and wastage complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying One coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer to newly untreated wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
