Earth work in excavation for structure in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling / wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORD technical specification 2014 clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, and disposal of materials up to all leads and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material in layers not exceeding 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and shuttering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material ,tools equipment safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and / or labour if required. Any loss to the public /private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of the Engineering-In-Charge.. The rate includes, octroi, Malkana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and Laying cement concrete M-10 (Ten) graded crushed stone aggregrate. 40 mm ( forty milimetre) nominal size with minimum cement contents 250 kg (two hundred fifty) killogram, per cubic metre and curring complete . including cost of form work for plain /reinforce concrete in structures like U-shape drain, V- Shape drain, culverts, drains and other structre as per drawing and MORD tecnical specification 2014 Clause 800 and 1200 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts ,shoring and shuttering and curring complete including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material, tools equipment safety measures and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.The rate includes, octroi, royality Malkhana, Toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat, 20 mm (twenty millimeter) thick pre-mix carpet and seal coat type B specification Clause 1904.2,503 and 508.1. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) (one) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg (Zero point twenty to zero point twenty five ) kilograme per Square metre as per table 500.2 of MORD technical spacification 2014, on the prepared bitumenious surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. of MORD technical spacification 2014, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying 30 mm (thirty millimeter) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 (one hundred -one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an aerage output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate to specified grading, premix with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) per cent of mix and fliier, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
