M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-22 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl cutting, rubbing and polishing to receive mirror finish over 15 mm th screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling marble etc including cement mortar bedding,and not backing including removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub base for leveling course complete all as specified.

M&L for Non-skid coloured Ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300 x 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or Rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match to over & including 10mm thick screed bed in 15mm thick Screed bed in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.
