Earth work excavation for foundations (Manual Means) of buildings, septic tank, sump, compound wall in ordinary soils and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 1000m and 1m additional lift charges over the initial depth up to 3m including all operational,incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc.,complete for finished item of work excluding seigniorage excluding dewatering charges etc., as per SS 20 B(APSS 308)

Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) for foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard , machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15 cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 402)

Filling with useful available Gravel (excluding rock) and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding l5cm thick,consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges etc , complete for finished item in trenches, sides of foundations of work (APSS NO.309&310)

Gronolithik Concrete Flooring 20 mm thick with (1:1:2), using 6mm to 12 mm size hard granite machine crushed metal laid over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, in alternate panels of size not exceeding 1.50 m x 1.50 m and finishing the top surface to required smoothness and slopes and thread lining including cost of all materials like cement, metal, sand and water , excluding seigniorage charges, etc complete for finished item of work per 1sqm

Plain Cement concrete M15 (1:2:4) in prop. (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate ) using 20 mm size (SS 5) hard Granite Machine crushed Metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site , on all materials, all taxes, labour charges , machine mixing, laying of concrete in foundations, kerb walls , side walls , vibration charges and centering/shuttering charges , finishing top surface to the required level, curing etc, complete for finished item of work as per (S.S. No.402) per 1Cum.

Masonry work in CM(1:6) prop (Cement : Screened sand) with fly ash cement / lime solid blocks of size 290mm x 225mm x 140mm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 50 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Plastering with CM (1:3) 12 mm thick single coat using the best river sand, including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and directed during execution of work etc., complete for finished item of work. for 1 Sq.m

Labour charges only for cutting, fabrication and fixing of available mild steel works like PPGI sheds ,Window Grills, Compound Wall Grills, Iron Doors, Windows of any size & design including cost & conveyance of M.S pipes, welding rods, power charges and labour charges for fabricating and fixing in position , etc complete for finished item of work.

Dismantling and removal of existing mild steel pipes/trusses from steel sheds,including cutting where required, stacking usable material within 100m lead, and clearing debris as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including all labour charges etc complete for finished item of work

Cost,Supply, fabrication and fixing of mild steel works for PPGI sheds (Make:Tata/jindal) of any size & design including cost & conveyance of M.S pipes, welding rods, power charges and labour charges for fabricating and fixing in position , etc complete for finished item of work.

Labour charges only for fixing of Rolling shutter made of 80 x 1.25 mm machine rolled CRCA laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the ends by end-locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft of 50mm dia nominal bore MS B class pipe with brackets, plates, guide channels, stoppers, bottom locking plates and arrangements for inside & outside locking with push-pull operations including cost of hood cover and springs complete, painted with one coat of approved steel primer, locks, ball bearings, all accessories etc complete for finished item of work as per special spn: 1108

Labour charges only for providing Roofing/cladding with already available galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove etc complete for finished item of work

cost, supply and providing Roofing/cladding with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove including cost and conveyance of all materials except cost of purlins&fabrication , labour charges, etc complete for finished item of work

Dismantling and removal of existing PPGI sheet from steel sheds, including cutting where required, stacking usable material within 100m lead, and clearing debris as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc complete for finished item of work

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint Grade-II VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre to new iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc complete for finished item of work in all floors. (SS No. 1201, 1212 & 1207).

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter. of approved brand and colour over a base coat of appropriate primer of approved brand,of first grade making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thouroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and operational, labour charges and incidental charges such as scaffolding, lift charges , complete for finished item of work as per SS911 for External walls.

cost,supply and Laying of precast concrete blocks for paving of M-40 grade and thickness not less than 80 mm for medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658:2006 in all shapes and designs as per the manufacturer's specification with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size design & shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 100mm thick compacted bed of Course quarry dust, filling the joints with fine sand etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc complete as per the direction of Engineer - in - Charge.
