Dismantling, wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 Sq cm in section in any position unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L second class soft wood, plain fillets, square or rectangular in section of area exc 13 and n exc 25 Sqcm, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L second class soft wood, plain fillets, square or rectangular in section of area exc 6 and n exc 13 Sqcm, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 9 mm thick, prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 12 mm thick, prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice laminated and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws to timber frame work as in wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 12 mm thick veneered decorative plywood grade 1 (With BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on both faces; fixed with screws to timber frame work on cupboards complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nanital patterns roof covering. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with L and J type or cranked hook bolt as in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised (Width of flaps (when open) 30 mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F 75 mm extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75 mm hasp and staple, safety type, aluminium anodised with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wood/ wood based surface of any description over 10 cm width or grith one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wall incl prepartion of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling reose, pendents, regulator sockets etc, removing material from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor/roof all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq mm (Nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, 1100 volt grade, multistranded copper conductor cable un-sheathed in & including PVC casing caping with fittings/accessories and PVC insulated, FRLS, 1100 volt grade un sheathed copper conductor of 1.5 sqmm size cable earth wire connected to common earth including closed recessed wooden terminal boxes of suitable size made of 2nd class hard wood for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet of Hylam/Mica make as top cover complete all as specified for the following:-

(a) One light point/fan point/buzzer point Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.

(b) One socket out let 5 Amp on independent board complete

(c) One socket outlet 5 Amp on same board with other switch complete

All as per item No 16 above but for point wiring for power point with 2.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable 1100 Volt grade drawn through and including PVC casing caping heavy duty ISI marked /heavy duty conduit ISI marked as required at site alongwith accessories with 2.5 Sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earthing and connected to common earth on independent board all as specified and directed.

Wiring in surface/ressesed as required for circuit/ sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following size of flame retardent pvc insulated copper conductor .single core cable in surface/ressesed as required of 2x4sqm+1x2.5 sqmm earth wire complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fixing switch piano flush button type 6 Amp single pole one way (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing switch piano flush type 15 Amp single pole one way ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing socket out let multipurpose three pin 5 Amp and 2 pin 5 Amp flush type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing socket outlet 2 in 1, three pin 5 Amp and 6 pin 15 Amp flush type (multi purpose) ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing ceiling rose three terminal pvc/polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing lamp holder ,PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fitting (angle /plain) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement LED 1x20 watt for Decorative AC box type LED lighting fixture with extruded polycarbonate, environmental friendly, energy efficient ready to use pack., 230volts, 50 Hz including making necessary connection prewired and making connection with 3 core copper flexible cable of appropriate size from ceiling rose/PVC connector to light fittings complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells / Philips/crompton Greaves/Syska.

S&F in replacement of LED luminaire of size 600mmx600mm ,36 watt 220 volt reccessed type with high efficiency PPMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver , holder and LED LAMP suitable for recess/ armstrong celling/ grid ceiling and POP mounting and making all electric connections including twin core 1.5 sqmm flexible copper cable for connecting to ceiling rose including necessary alteration work in false ceiling to cover the blank space in false ceiling all as complete connection all as specified and directed . Supply and fixing in repair for Distribution board double door made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar neutral bar, earth bar IP 43 protection, single pole and neutral 250 volts, flush to wall / fixed on surface complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repair for Distribution board double door made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof SPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar neutral bar, earth bar IP 43 protection, single pole and neutral 250 volts, flush to wall / fixed on surface complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repair MCB 6 to 40 Amp SP 240 volt AC supply rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB 40 Amp single pole & neutral 240 volt AC supply rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA IP 20 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections twin core cable flat or circular 6 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x600x6.0mm thick, buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts,nuts, and galvanized iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No.03 of SSR Part-1 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt 15cm around the earth plant,40 mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (Nominal mix ) cover reinforced with XPM (weighing not less than 4 kg/sqm) with suitable steel handle,and angle iron 40x40x6 mm frame and chamber of pcc (1:3:6) type C-0 (including earth work in any type of soil,removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exe. 50 m), as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, 20 mm dia watering pipe light grade 1.70 mtr long with plug at top, GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia from earth pit to main boad including testing after completioncomplete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Maximum length of GI wire, protection pipe with each earth pit shall not exceed 7.5 mtrs. (ii) The 20 mm dia watering pipe shall be 20 cm above the ground level and be provided with 20 mm dia GI plug at its top and no concrete watering pit/cover shall be provided.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 14,334.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Sec-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
