Taking down carefully flame proof copper/aluminium point wiring of light point /fan point/socket points including ceiling rose etc to be deposited in store yard and making good disturbed surface of walls /floors etc as directed at site.

M&L for point wiring for one light point controlled by one rotory switch/MCB in storage acommodation with PVC insulated 2.5 sq mm multistranded copper conductor cable, FRLS,1100 volt grade drawn in and including surface mounted stove enamelled steel conduit not less than 20 mm dia with and including flame proof bends and elbows, couplers, bell mouth reducer except junction box all as per relevent IS and type tested/approved by CMRI Dhanbad, fixed with solid baked distance saddles and elevated MS spacer plates fixed with nettle fold GI screws along with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated solid strand copper conductor cable FRLS 1100 Volt grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dully complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for point wiring for one 25 Amp socket point controlled by one rotory switch/MCB in storage acommodation with PVC insulated 6 sq mm multistranded copper conductor cable, FRLS,1100 volt grade drawn in and including surface mounted stove enamelled steel conduit not less than 20 mm dia with and including flame proof bends and elbows, couplers, bell mouth reducer except junction box all as per relevent IS and type tested/approved by CMRI Dhanbad, fixed with solid baked distance saddles and elevated MS spacer plates fixed with nettle fold GI screws along with 4 sqmm PVC insulated solid strand copper conductor cable FRLS 1100 Volt grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dully complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement flame proof/weather proof switch socket and plug combined in LM6, 25 A 240 Volts 2 pin and earth plug fully interlocked suitable for installation in hazardous as per IS-2147/62 alluminium alloy/cost iron neoprene gasket degree of protection IP-65 certified by CMRI Dhanbd complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 here-in-before but capacity 32 Amps 415 volts 3 Pin and earth plug

S&F in replacement flame proof/weather proof direct entry type rotary switch single pole ON & OFF rotary motion switch in cast aluminum alloy LM-6 enclosure epoxy powder coated single pole 230Volts 16/10 Amps, AC ON/OFF switch operated externally by Knob having 02 Nos of M-20 cable entries, earthing terminals suitable for mounting on Wall/Steel structure etc duly tested & certified by CMRI-Dhanbad complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement weather proof, flame proof distribution board approved by CMRS Dhanbad of cast aluminum alloy LM-6, MCB type SPN-4 way with 40 Amps rotory switch as incomer and MCB SP 'C' series, 10 KA, 10 Amp- 2 Nos & 16 Amps -2 Nos as outgoing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl item No 7 above but SPN 8 Way, 240 V, AC 50 HZ 63 Amps rotory switch as incomer and MCB SP 'C' series,10 KA 6-32 Amps-8 Nos as outgoing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair earthing complete with galavanised steel plate electrode 600x600x6.3mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (earth plate to a depth of not less than2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanised iron and provision of earth wire, galvanised iron protection pipe 40mm bore, light grade up to and including test point including necessary earth work in any type of soild and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) earth chamber, watering pipe 20mm dia galvanised iron light grade with funnel, RCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast cover 40mm thick with 6mm dia mild steel bars complete all as shown in electrical plate N.5 of SSR part-I connected to earthing test point including taking down and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work, PCC pit, funnel and cover etc,

M & L for submain wiring in repalcement with two runs of PVC insulated 1100 volts graded multistranded, copper coductor of size 6 Sqmm cable single core with earth continuity conductor cable of same description but 4 Sqmm drawn in steel conduit including flame proof bends and elbows, couplers, bell mouth reducer including junction box all per relevant IS and type tested/approved by CMRI Dhanbad, fixed with solid baked distance saddles and elevated MS spacer plates fixed with nettle fold GI screws complete all as specified. Note :Two runs of cable and one run of ECC shall be measured as one unit. Steel Conduit shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ.

M&L in replacement for ERW steel conduit 20 mm dia concelead in wall complete with flame proof conduit accessories like tees, bends elbows or bell mouth reducer and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of flame proof flourscent luminare LED epoxy finish LM 6 aluminium housing with heat resistant tubular glass cover held in two aluminium cups with built in control gear complete with accesssories suitable for and including 1 x 20 watt LED complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F in replacement LED flame proof 60 Watt Bulkhead/well glass luminaire recommended for Gas/Vapor group of IIA & IIB and Zone 1 & 2 with Die cast alluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass IP 65 protection and provision for mounting brackets & clamps with nut and bolts suitable for fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling/Taking down unserviceable flame proof security light fittings of HPSV/HPMV / MH Lamp fitting 20/70/80 Watt , Opening/taking out unserviceable spare parts such as copper bonded choke, lamp holder etc. repairing to cable connection /loose connection for any type of fitting as and when required to each fitting including reassembling and replacement of unseviceable items including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note : 1. The cost of spares such as surge protector, LED tube rod and LED panel is to be paid under relevant items of this BOQ as supply only. 2. Rate shall be included for flexible wire of size 23/.0076 for connceting the light to conductor and PVC tape to taping the joint properly shall be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer. 3. Vehicle mounted Hydraulic type ladders / Cranes shall be used and will be provided by contractor for dismantling / refixing of light fittings on pole/shelters and cost for the same is deemed to be included.

Supply only LED tube rod 20 Watt 4 long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only surge protector 10 KV rated frequency 48 HZ-62 HZ, 230 V suitable for 75W LED Flame proof light fitting complete all as specified and directed

Supply only electronic constant LED control driver for LED bulbs, 240V, 50HZ, PF not less than 0.95, confirming ti IS 15885(Part2/Sec13:2012 suitable for 75 W LED flame proof light fitting complete all as specified and directed.
