Supply, fixing and testing of 200 mm bore medium grade 4.85mm thick MS ERW pipe including MS specials on PCC support or on MS strcture of Jetty Gallery complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only of MS/CI pipe 200mm bore obtained from item No. 1.00 above, after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position for including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling taking out MS/DI/CI pipe 150mm bore from PCC support or from MS structure in gallery for repair/ replacement/relaying complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing of 150 mm bore medium grade 4.85mm thick MS ERW pipe including MS specials on PCC support or on MS strcture of Jetty Gallery complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only of MS/CI pipe 200mm bore obtained from item No. 4.00 above, after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position for including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling taking out GI/MS/DI/CI pipe 100mm bore from PCC support or from MS structure in gallery for repair/replacement/relaying complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe medium grade 100mm bore galvanized with all fittings such as tees, bend, elbows, sockets reducer, nipples and union on PCC support or on MS strcture of Jetty Gallery complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling taking out GI/MS/DI/CI pipe 50mm bore from PCC support or from MS structure in gallery for repair/replacement/relaying complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe medium grade 50mm bore galvanized with all fittings such as tees, bend, elbows, sockets reducer, nipples and union on PCC support or on MS strcture of Jetty Gallery complete all as specified and directed

Laying only of GI/MS/CI pipe 50mm bore obtained from item No. 10.00 above, after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for attending break down of pipe line bursting / cracks and including cleaning / removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes MS / CI collar etc as per site requirement, testing for leakages of lead joints, testing and necessary dewatering by using necessary pumps, mechanical excavator complete all as specified and directed for 200 mm bore CI / MS/ DI pipe

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for painting to external surface of MS pipe line/steel sections with one coat of epoxy red oxide and two coats of coal tar epoxy black complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of cope points at top of jetty with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Labour for visual inspection of pipe line at marine jetty,inside gallery at old dockyard and arresting temporarily by closing the nearby valves,reporting any leakage inside jetty gallery by providing one pipe line fitter and two helpers complete all as specified and directed

Supply only MS fittings for water pipe line such bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs including taking out broken CI /MS specials upto 200mm bore all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work with strucural steel section such as angle channel or flat MS section including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of anticorrosive black bituminous paint including dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise specially provided including taking out old unserviceable all as specified and directed.
