Material and labour for taking down cement of cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 05 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 10 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and fair without using extra cement, ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rough cast plaster complete as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:- firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine stone aggregate of size between 6 to 12 mm as per the texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismentling of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles , complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plaster surface on walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of chalk whiting complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling applying three coat white wash complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls, chajjas, roof projection, etc. and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and as directed .
