OUTSOURCING FOR VARIOUS SERVICES VIZ CMD, PEON, CHOWKIDAR AND SAFAIWALA AT OFFICES OF HQ CCE (ARMY) NO 1 AND PM OFFICES UNDER CCE(ARMY) NO 1 AT DINJAN, LIKABALI, RAYANG, KHONSA AND ADG(NEI) GUWAHATI SPREAD OVER STATES OF ASSAM AND ARUNACHAL PRADESH

Providing outsourcing services of Civil Motor Drivers (CMD) for light vehicles (Gypsy, Tata mobile or equivalent) for local as well as outstation duties by engaging minimum 12 Nos Drivers (distrubution given as under) with suitable replacement carrying valid licences, in various locations of Assam & Arunachal Pradesh on all working day (Except Sundays & Closed Holidays). The services shall include driving and keeping the vehicle in servicible condition by cleaning, washing etc. Working hours from 0900hrs to 1700hrs daily:- HQ CCE (Army) No-1, Dinjan : 03 PM Likabali No 1, Likabali : 02 PM Rayang, Rayang : 02 PM (OL), Dinjan : 03 PM (Khonsa) : 02 Note:- 1. Fuel, lubricant & other consumables for cleaning & running of vehicles shall be provided by the department. 2. Rates to be quoted against following each sub head of this item: Ref note no 41, serial page no 25.

Wages of CMDs (Skilled), rates based on exissting rules

Employees Provident Fund as per existing rules (Employer's contribution)

Employees state insurance as per existing rules (Employer's contribution)

Bonus as per existing rule (Employer's contribution).

LWC as per existing rules on total amount of Ser No 1.01 to 1.05

GST as per existing rules on total amount of Ser No 1.01 to 1.06

Providing outsourcing services of minimum 01 (One) No Civil Motor Drivers (CMD) for light vehicles (Gypsy, Tata mobile or equivalent) for local as well as outstation duties with suitable replacement carrying valid licences, in various locations of Assam & Arunachal Pradesh on all working day (Except Sundays & Closed Holidays). The CMDs shall be placed at the disposal of ADG (NEI) at Guwahati for perporming above duties. Note:- 1. Fuel, lubricant & other consumables for cleaning & running of vehicles shall be provided by the department. 2. Rates to be quoted against following each sub head of this item: Ref note no 41, serial page no 25. 3. The wages and allowances payable to CMDs shall be as applicable to Guwahati (Assam)

Providing outsourcing services of housekeeping such as Peon by deploying Minimum 05 Nos (distrubution given as under) for day to day work such as to attending officers, moving the files from different section/tables/sub-division, cleaning/ dusting the office table, computers and maintain necessary office discipline as assigned on all working day (Except Sundays and Closed Holidays) from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs daily complete all as specified and directed:- HQ CCE (Army) No-1, Dinjan : 01 PM Likabali No 1, Likabali : 01 PM Rayang, Rayang : 01 PM Khonsa, Khonsa : 01 PM (OL), Dinjan : 01 Note:- 1. Providing outsourcing services of housekeeping such as Safaiwala by deploying Minimum 12 Nos Safaiwala (distribution given as under) for day to day work such as brooming and cleaning of office premises & rooms. Cleaning of toilets by using phynile, nephthalene ball, misc Work as assigned on all working days (Except Sundays and Closed Holidays) from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs daily complete all as specified and directed:- HQ CCE (Army) No-1, Dinjan : 05 PM Likabali No 1, Likabali : 01 PM Rayang, Rayang : 02 PM Khonsa, Khonsa : 02 PM (OL) Det, Likabali : 02 Note:- 1. Providing outsourcing services of Watch and Ward by employing minimum 01 Chowkidar every day for CCE (Army) No-1, Dinjan for day to day service such as guarding of office & office premises, Govt vehicles, various equipments kept in office premises, prompt reporting to office incharge of any untoward incidents etc including Sunday & Holiday. Notes: 1. All consumables for watch and ward such as torch with cells etc shall be provided by the department. 2. Duty timing shall be as per roster prepared by the department. 3. One individual chowkidar shall not be employed for more than 26 days in a calender month. 4. This service shall be operated for whole month. Bidder shall quote rates for 30 working days per month for this item. 5. Rates to be quoted against following each sub head of this item
