Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

If satisfactory service is not provided, the contract will be terminated without assigning any reasons what so ever

The Driver of the Vehicle compulsorily should wear the uniform while on duty

If the vehicle so given, is under repair, then alternate vehicle must be made available for use

It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to keep all documents updated and this office is not held responsible in the event of any checks or accidents

The tenderer should have a registered Travel Agency

The vehicle should be in good condition & if services are withdrawn in the middle of the month, no hire charges will be paid for the full month

After issuing the L.O.A, the L1 Bidder has to submit 2.5% of security Deposit and 100% of unbalanced security Deposit, Prior to the Agreement within stipulated time, otherwise the E.M.D will be Forfeited

After Agreement is made for this office use, the vehicle must not be used for private hiring purposes for that stipulated agreement period

All payments will be made as per Government Norms.

In the event of any loss or damages due to accident, this office or the Government is not responsible for any loss occurred.

After accepting the lowest tender, no advance amount will be released.

The driver provided by the owner, shall possess a valid driving license & RTO Badge authorizing to drive the taxi. The driver should carry the driving license and all other relevant documents while on duty.

The owner shall fully comply with the various relevant provisions of the labour, like provident fund, ESI act etc.

If the lowest tender fails to execute agreement, well within the stipulated period, as notified by this office, EMD will be forfeited.

Stipulated income tax will be deducted as per norms.

In case of halts outside the jurisdiction the owner should make necessary arrangements for the stay of the driver at his own expense

It may be necessary to use the vehicle even during general holidays or any hour of the day comprising of 24 hours and as such the driver should work without any hesitation or assigning any reasons.

Driver should maintain a log book / trip sheets and enter the mileage performed and obtain signature of the person / officer allowed in the vehicle.

Any Bidder, who is otherwise technically qualified, withdraws from the bidding process at any stage, before a final decision is taken on the tender, the EMD of such bidder shall be forfeited

During the tender Process, The Executive Engineer, Project Division, K.R.R.D.A. Kolar. is empowered to take final decisions, whatever so without assigning any reasons. All powers are rested with the Executive Engineer, Project Division, K.R.R.D.A., Kolar, to accept or reject the tender

The agency should have Fast tag of the vehicle and bear all the toll charges by the agency.
