Applying two coats of JK/Birla wall care putty for leveling and best finishing of interior walls of substation, AE office, JE's office and guard room etc. including cost of all material, labour and T&P.

Painting of interior walls of entire substation, AE's office, JE's office and guard room with two coats of easy plastic paint of best quality (with roller finishing) all complete as per direction of engineer in-charge including cost of all material, labour and T&P.

Painting of all wooden doors and window of substation building with best quality paint primer and all related work for best finish including repairing work all complete as per direction of engineer in-charge including cost of all material, labour and T&P.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of areas with cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4Coarse Sand) 2.5 Sq.meters and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of engineer in-charge including cost of all material, labour and T&P.

Earth work in surface excavation. Lifting the excess soil and stone from different places of yard and laying the same in low laying area and disposal of excavated earth for leveling and neatly dressing of yard including, quarrying, ramming, watering, leveling including cleaning of whole yard by sweeping, removal of roots, grass rank vegetation, small stones, all rubbish etc. outside the periphery of S/s area. Soil and stone, if necessary, will be arranged by contractor on his own cost all complete as per direction of engineer in-charge including cost of all material, labour and T&P.

Design, fabricating and printing (black/blue letters with yellow backgroung) of sign board of size 18'x4' made of starro flex of best quality including its transportation to substation site, mounting and fixing over the main gate including dismantling old, defective and damaged glow sign board, shifting of it to the store and making all arrangement for hoisting and lowering down work all complete as per direction of engineer in-charge including cost of all material, labour and T&P.

Design and fabrication of pale fencing gate (7'x3'), making shed for diesel generator, repairing of yard gate using pale fencing material for gate, MS pipe, MS angle iron (300Kg. Approx.), corrugated fibre sheet, CC work etc. including making of structure cutting, welding, riveting, grouting, fixing of roof, painting work etc. complete as per direction of engineer in-charge including cost of all material, labour and T&P.
