Emulsion Explosive 80% as per IS 15447 (Part 2) : 2008 (Reaffirmed 2023) with following specifications: (i) Cartridge Diameter - 25mm (ii) Cartridge Length - 200mm (iii) Cartridge Density - 1.20 ± 0.05 (iv) Cartridge weight - 125gm (v) Velocity of detonation - 4300 ± 200ms (vi) Strength AWS - 1100 cal/gm (vii) Gap Sensitivity - <50mm (viii) Water Resistant - Excellent (ix) No of Cartridges per box - 200 Nos (x) Cartridge Box Weight - 25kgs (xi) Shelf Life Period - 1 Year (Minimum) (xii) Each package shall be packed conforming to the requirements prescribed in IS: 10212 (Part I)

with the following information: (aa) Indication of the source of manufacture; (ab) Name of the explosives; (ac) Batch number; (ad) Date of manufacture; (ae) Permitted/Non-permitted; and (af) CCE approval number of the box manufacturer. (ag) Package shall also be marked with appropriate explosive symbol as specified in IS 1260 (Part I).

Detonating Fuse as per IS 7526 : 1996 (Reaffirmed 2019) with following specifications : (i) Core load: 10gm ± 1 per meter. (ii) Outer diameter: 4.25mm to 5.5mm. (iii) Velocity of Detonation: Not less than 6000 mtr per sec. (iv) Breaking load :At least 50 Kgs. (v) Packing : Detonating fuse to be supplied

wound on reels in lengths 250mtr each and 04 such reels to be packed inside a fiber board case. There shall be not more than three joints in each reel and one meter before the joint

a red tape shall also be put as warning. (vi) Marking to contain : (aa) Indication of the source of manufacture (ab) Number of reels. (ac) Number of the joints of the reels. (ad) Lot number to enable the batch of manufacturing to be traced from records. (ae) Core charge (af) Date of manufacturing (ag) The package shall also be marked with the appropriate symbol specified in IS: 1260 (Part I)

as per IS 7738: 1975 (Reaffirmed 2021) with legibly and indelibly marked with the following information: (i) Name and type of the material; (ii) Total length of fuse

number of coils and form of packing; (iii) Manufacturer’s name and/or recognized trademark

if any; (iv) Date of manufacture; (v) Lot number in code or otherwise to enable the batch of manufacture to be traced from records; and (vi) Pack to be provided with a suitable water proofing liner to prevent ingress of moisture into the fuse.

Detonator Ordinary as per IS 7632: 2025 in packing with following information : (i) Name

type and strength of the product; (ii) Number of pieces in the package; (iii) Manufacturer’s name and/or his recognized trademark

if any; & (iv) Date of manufacture & lot number to enable the batch of manufacture to be traced from records. (v) The package shall also be marked with the appropriate symbol specified in IS: 1260 (Part I)
