Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal up to a lead of 50 mts dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specifications 305 MORD / 304 MORTH. (RBR-FNDN-1-A)

Carting of waste material with a initial lead up to 3.00 km including loading, unloading charges etc,. Complete.

Collection, supply and Filling with Stone Crusher Dust (Finer than 3mm HBG m/c) in layers by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310) (RBR - F NDN - 2)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH. ( Material for Wet Mix : 45mm to 22.4mm @ 30% and 22.4mm to 2.36mm @ 40% and 2.36mm to 75 micron @ 30%) RBR-SBBS-11-B

Providing and laying of 50mm thick Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading -II as per table 500-7 of MORTH&H specification 504 (5th Revision) premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 grade @ 3.4% by weight of total mixture, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with Hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by the engineer-in-charge including hire and operational chrges all T&P and all other contingent charges necessary, complete necessary, complete and as per MORTH specification No.504 (5th Revision) (RBR-BASC-3-ii)

Providing and laying of 30mm thick Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading -II as per table 500-17 of specification 507 MORTH&H (5th Revision) premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 grade @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transported the hot mix to work site,laying with Hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Morth&H specification 507 (5th Revision) complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-charge (RBR-BASC-9)
