FSTC Narayanpur: Day to day periodic maintenance of E&M installation, external and internal lighting, Operation of DG in general shift and all working days including Sundays & holidays round the clock basis including holidays at FSTC complex, Narayanpur by providing necessary qualified manpower as per special conditions of contract and technical specification for attending the complaints / breakdowns / preventive maintenance etc. complete as required. This AMC is to be carried out engaging minimum manpower inclduing reliever as per SCC, Particular Specification and contract documents.

Behala Airport: Day to day periodic maintenance of all types of E & M installations available in the hangar area, ATC cum Fire station-office block , Operation of 63 KVA DG set and submersible type water pump, including monitoring of supply parameters at Behala Airport in general shift including holidays etc. as required by providing necessary qualified manpower as per special conditions of contract and technical specification for attending the complaints / breakdowns / preventive maintenance etc. complete as required. This AMC is to be carried out engaging minimum manpower inclduing reliever as per SCC, Particular Specification and contract documents.

Electrical Enquiry, MT Pool & Old VHF : Day to day periodic maintenance of all types of E & M installations such as uch as Transformer, Essential panels, Non-Essential Panels, distribution panels, Street Light, Operation of DG set available in the New quarters residential colony, MT pool, Old VHF and submersible type water & Sewage pump, including monitoring and recording supply parameters, new wiring work , repair of existing electrical wiring, at New quarters Electrical Sub-station in general shift and all working days including Sundays & holidays round the clock basis etc. as required by providing necessary qualified manpower as per special conditions of contract and technical specification for attending the complaints / breakdowns / preventive maintenance etc. as per SCC, Partciular Specification and contract documents.

Providing Commercial vehicle (Air-Conditioned) not less than 1900CC capacity ( Scorpio / Bollero/Tata Sumo / Inova ) including necessary fuel, permit and necessary entry pass alongwith driver from Monday to Saturday in general shift for maximum 10hour basis throughout the year (for average run of 2000 KM per month) for non-operational area for attending complaints, carrying out PMI checks as per maintenance schedule related to all electrical installations as per area mentioned in BOQ , attending breakdown calls fo operation and non operation area as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing of copper refrigerant pipe with rubberized cunifoam insulation including necessary brazing, fluring, power supply cabling etc. complete as required for re-commissioning of A.C. units as directed by E-I-C.

Lifting & lowering (combined) of submersible pump motor set of following capacity from the depth upto 100 feet including dismantling of the column pipe, cable and Re-installation of the pump and motor set in the bore well along with all necessary work like fixing of column pipes , connection of rope with 'U' clamps, connection to the discharge line, dry revolution test including consumables like rubber gasket & nuts/Bolts with all tools and tackles and transportation also check and servicing the electrical switchgears etc as required.

Complete dismantling of sewage pump of 10HP to 20HP and replacing all worn out parts ,reassembling the same after complete servicing / overhauling from OEM/Authorised service centre with transportation etc complete as required including materials/spare parts. With one year warranty from the date of repair (excluding rewinding of motor).

Scraping, cleaning and painting of street light tubular poles along with arms of length not exceeding 11 mtrs with two coats of superior quality aluminium paint i/c embossing of AAI symbol and numbering with synthetic enamel paint after applying Aluminum painting on the pole etc. as required.

Scrabing,rubbing,cleaning & spray painting of metal frame,metal boxes,metal surface in different shape and in different location with 2 coats high gloss synthetic enamel paint of smoke gray or any other approved colour etc. as required.

Scrabing,cleaning and painting of street light CC collar i/c loop-in-loop out box with two coats of sperior qualitity synthetic enamel paint of approved colour etc. all as required Note: CC collars to be painted with alternate strips of different colour as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing of Electric water heater (Geyser) of capacity upto 10 litres including replacement of heating element, thermostat and complete servicing etc as required.

Rewinding of ceiling fan motor of size (900mm to 1400mm) /exhaust fan (upto 350mm) including replacement of Capacitor & ball bearing etc complete as required.(Dismantled copper to be adjusted )

Complete repairing of Battery charger with single phase 230volt AC input supply and 12/24 V DC output supply and maximum charging current of 30AMP (DC)

Dehydration of insulating oil for transformers through centrifugal oil purifier / sparkler machine and heating arrangements to attend withstand strength of 40 kv for one minute as per IS 355 - 1983 (Rev) with submission of prior and post test report of breaking strength of oil at sub-station.

Supply of Fire detection & Alarm system spares having protocol compatability with Morley IAS , Dxc Fire alarm panel.

DSR Works:-The execution of Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M) 2018 Items mentioned in Chapter 1 to Chapter 17 as when required basis for repair and maintenance of internal and External Electrical installations at different locations under non-operational area as per the special Terms and Condition of Contract or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of total Estimated amount Rs.1000000.00 (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) . NOTE: Guiidline for quoting %age rate for the bidder. 1. The bidder has to quote the rates in the rates column aganist the works of Rs. 1000000.00/-of DSR 2018 (Electrical) and same shall be converted into %age above/below on the DSR 2018 (considering the rates of DSR 2018 as base rates). 2. For Example if bidder quotes Rs. 1050000.00/- in rates column then same shall be converted into %age of DSR 2018 as under ((1050000 - 1000000) / 1000000) i.e. 5% above on DSR 2018 and accordingly payment shall be made by applying the %age i.e. 5% above on DSR 2018 rates for items covered in DSR 2018.
