Repairs to 10 cusec End Suction pump of lift irrigation scheme Delina Main by way of fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of single stage Bronze Impeller having Dynamic head 15Mtr. The impeller should be exactly according to the sample and the weight of impeller should be approx. 32Kg.The job also includes the charge for shifting of pump from site to workshop in private load carrier, then dismantling of pump at workshop with the help of skilled labour and other tools & tackles. The job involves manufacturing, providing & fitting of SS- sleeve, Check nut, rubber seal as per sample. The job also includes the charge for p/f double row ball bearing 3313 & 3213 of reputed make (01 no. each). The job also includes the charge of grease, R.I cloth, gasket, palmative packing etc. for the completion of work. The job also includes the charge for welding work of casing at damaged spots, p/f of all new nuts & bolts pump casing for completion of work. The job also includes the charge for p/f of TC-16 coupling set complete for the completion of work Shifting back pump from workshop to site in load carrier after proper repair, then re-assembling of the pumping unit at site with its allied accessories and tested on full load. Old part to be returned to Divisional Stores.
