Cleaning of septic tanks completely by emptying , semi solid, solid foul contents including cleaning of inlets, outlets and getting out using mechanical means( trolly mounted suction pump) and filling the foul meterial into the covered tanks attached to section pump and removing and disposing the same at a place meant for disposal of foul meterial out side the cantonment area complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Cubic contents of filled up portion of septic tank i.e liquid,semi solid and solid only shall be measured complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning/ clearing of underground sewage line at any depth (including manholes) from 1st manhole onwards of size 150 mm to 300 mm bore of any description, removing any type of blockage including , desludging descaling & decoking of drain as well as manholes with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure vacuum and provn of hydraulic through high pressure thermo plastic fiber based water jetting hose and conical round shape nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning including removing the same in the tank to a place outside cantonment at the place meant for the local municipality,complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of excavation of earth pits and bleaching powder if required for disposal of sludge.

Cleaning of manholes completely by emptying semi solid, solid foul contents including cleaning of inlets, outlets. making the manholes clean for free flow of sewage waste using combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure vacuum and provn of hydraulic through high pressure thermo plastic fiber based water jetting hose and conical round shape nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning including removing the same in the tank to a place outside cantonment at the place meant for the local municipality, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- ( For srl item No 1 to 5 hereinbefore). (1). The contractor shall keep the sewage line/ manholes functional throughout the contract period. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive this aspect. (2) The contractor or his authorized representative shall attend the office on every working day to take complaints from AGE/JE (Maint) and will rectify the complaint on same day within 08 working Hrs from the receipt of complaint. If the contractor do not rectify the complaint within same day , the recovery of Rs 200.00 per complaint per day shall be levied and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account .

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for , complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, Type-B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down soil/waste/vent pipes of any description, size 50/75/100 mm bore including all fittings, bends etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150/200 mm (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in CM, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work;not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) (for septic tank slab, soak well slab etc) complete all as specified and directed.

TMT steel bars 8 mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removing all the demolished material benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of bricks or concrete surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement with and including liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be included the quoted rate nothing paid extra)

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe ( Internal dia 150 to 200mm ) and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick (available excavated soil). complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting pointing, complete all as specified and directed.

Grubbing up vegetation, small trees. from roots , clean the loose dirt with water, and repair the same portion with CM :1:3, tuchup with same finish, area not exc 0.10 Sqm each adjacent to CI pipe upto 4th storey building with necessary scaffolding/ ladder , complete all as specified and directed .

Factory made precast 40 mm thick cover for Gully trap and similar work, area of each exc 0.04 Sqm and not exceeding 0.20 sqm , complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including necessry rubbing with sand paper or grinding by hand grinder to achieve smooth and even surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of any description , complete all as specified and directed
