Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 Sqm). including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete. Ridges plain (500 - 600mm)

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m². including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion.

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick : Float glass sheet of nominal thickness 5.0 mm (weight not less than 12.50 kg/Sqm). including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and reparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/ system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 75x75 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm. including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Filling the gap in between glass or aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/Brick/Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Filling the gap in between aluminium/ glass/ stone/wood frame and adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone/ wood/ Ceramic/ Gypsum work by providing weather/ structural non sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete, complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540-F & ISO 11600: Upto 10 mm depth and 10 mm width including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Epoxy mortar /plaster in a ratio of 1Kg Epoxy resin(Araldite Gy257) : 1/2Kg( 300gm hardner (Aradur)2958)+200gm hardner 54) : 6Kg quartze sand (no10), including making all arrangements, cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by E/I.

Providing and painting two coat of pidi create URP compound on roof, sunshades and masonry wall for water proofing to check the leakage. with cement in the proportion of 1:1.50 (URP: Cement) or as recommended by the manufacture. including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and mixing pidi proof LW water proofing material in cement mortar for plastering or in concrete work in the proportion of 200 ml per 50 kg cement bag or as recommended by the manufacturer. including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply & Applying Leak stop work to check the leakage of roof Gutter and creak's of building. including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

S.D.S. Screws (shelf Drilling Screw's to Lock the Roof sheet properly with I-beam. including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Cleaning of Glass by Using cloth, paper Castic Soda and washing powder using ladder and hanging plate form (Jhoola plate form ) including supply of all material labour T&P etc, required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) Jaguar make with soft closing seat cover and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I.brackets, 40 mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work complete as per approved sample.

Providing and fixing Table top wash basin size 410x410x150 mm of Jaguar make with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm CP brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing Auto closing concealed Urinal Flush Valve with wall flange (concealed) of standard design and of approved make conforming to IS:8937 (Jaguar Make) including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as per approved sample.

Hire charges of welding machine with single phase with welder, helper and electrodes for repair and welding of gates, door, window etc. for eight hrs. in a day. including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Attending minor type of repair for full day by Engaging and supplying one suitable and experience skilled Labour/ Welder (without welding machine) for attending of related work, defects with all T&P etc. but excluding cost of material.

Supply unskilled labour for full day as perr requirement for attending miscellaneous works as per direction of the Engineer in Charge for for proper completion of the work

Removal of debris /waste material/ any other material / rubbish on road side / park /dust bin and from any other location by full load tractor trolley within the specified area as desired by the Engineer-in- charge & safe disposal of the same out side the Power House area. including cost of all labour T&P etc required for proper loading/unloading and disposal of waste or required for the proper completion of the work.

Dismantling heavy Reinforced Cement Concret By mechanical Cement Concrete bracker (Two Operator & two helper) including making all arrangements, cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and stacking of all dismantled material, disposed off dismentled material out side the power house area or as directed by E/I.

Sika Grout 214/Micro Alloyed Cement concrete work for Repair of R.C.C. Work Stair's and old structure. including labour T&P etc for proper completion of work. including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Relaying of existing stones pitching after dismantling of partially damaged slope including labour T&P etc for proper completion of work but excluding stones.

Providing and laying stone pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1302 including supply of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Engaging & operation of one no. wheel type excavator cum loader machine (preferably JCB/L&T/BEML etc) having capacity 75 BHP with one operator and one helper or skid steer loader Bob cat (height not more than 2.0 m) having capacity 75 BHP with one operator and one helper including cost of fuel lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip / landslide/ excavation in dry and wet condition, complete in all respect as per direction of I/C. Payment for engaging excavator cum loader shall be made only for actual working hours at site, no idle charges shall be paid. If machine is trapped in slip / earth, contractor shall make its own arrangement to haul the machine, for which no extra payment shall be made to contractor, and also machine shall be considered in idle condition. Cost of mobilization & demobilization from site shall be borne by contractor.
