Aspiration - Natural.g. Out put - 159 BHP at 1500 rpm under NTP conditions or other rating specified by the respective manufacture. Fly wheel to suit coupling,Coupling with coupling guard, Air cleaner,Coolent kit,Fuel Pump,Fuel filter,Lubricating Oil filter,Exhaust piping,Battery charger / Generator,Starting switch with key or button, Lubricating oil temperature gauge,Lubricating oil pressure gauge,Water temperature gauge,RPM Indicator with hour meter,Battery charging ammeter, Safety control trip for low lubricating oil pressure,Battery control trip for high water temperature, Providing necessary warning systems and other safeties as contemplated in relevant ISS,Oil resistant flexible hoses / MS pipe as per requirement for fuel line extension with necessary regulator valves,2 Alternator- Make - Stamford / KEL /LS,125 KVA / 100 KW at 0.8 PF,3 Phase, 415 V, 50 Hz,Self exited and regulated,Voltage regulation band - ± 1% of rated voltage,The alternator should confirm to IS 4722,Standard control panel integrated with the acoustic enclosure comprising of the following-a. 200 A, 25 kA (Ics=100%Icu), 4 pole, current limiting type MCCB having thermal setting range of 80 - 100% with thermal magnetic release having adjustable OL Three phase multifunction meters to read V, A and F, accuracy class 1, Three phase energy meter (KWh ) of accuracy class 1with suitably rated CTs, LED phase indication lamp for indicating the presence of supply on all phases with fuse protection ,fuse /MCB protection for all meters,Matalic danger notice board The alternator should conform to IS 4722 Routinetest as per relevent ISS shall be conducted and test report shall be furnished at the time of delivery,Sturdy, fabricated, welded construction channel iron base frame of suitable size for mounting the above diesel engine and alternator ,175 Litre capacity fuel tank integrated with the acoustic enclosurer, provision for fuel inlet and outlet , drain plug, air vent, arrangements for direct filling of fuel, pipe from fuel tank to engine electric fuel gauge etc as required,Required number of suitably rated fully charged battery with leads and terminals as required as per manufacturers' requirements,Operation manual, service manual, list of spares etc. shall be submitted while the D G set is supplied,Exhaust piping shall be vent to the top and cladding for the exhaust pipe for thermal proof to the system,The DG set shall be guaranteed for 30 months from the date of supply for Alternator/Base frame/fuel tank/Acoustic OR 24 months from the date of commissioning OR 5000 hours of running whichever is earlier for defect. Any spare component which are found defective during the period shall be replaced immediately at free of cost. The DG set shall be installed as per direction at site.

od153818/2019_2020 : Supply and providing aluminium cladding work for 100mm MS pipeupto 2 metre length and silencer.

od153819/2019_2020 : Supply and installation of additional length of exhaust piping with 100mm or nearest size MS pipe C class and painting using heat resistant aluminium paint with all rquired accessories.

14.1 : Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

14.3 : Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 metres.

14.7 : Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

14.12 : Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

od151882/2019_2020 : Charges for conducting load test of DG set using water load or electrical load at various step loads as desired for 1 hours, & 10% over load for 15 minutes including hire and labour charges for all load testing devices The test shall be conducted continously.
