Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sum on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Filling avalable excavated earth ( excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations ect. In layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and waterin, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (Zone III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).All works upto plinth level

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Retro-Reflective sheeting type-XI with 4mm thick ACM single Side Providing & Fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with High intensity prismatic sheeting type XI as per IRC-67:2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5mm Legenda, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MoRTH specification No-801.3.7. The Sheeting shall have a pressure- Sensitive adhesive of the aggressive lack type requiring no heat. solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface, in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacture. The ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials) Shall be fixed on the Back frame MS Angle with riveting. Micro Prismatic type IV Retro reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM D4956-09 Shall be pressure fixed. The Retro reflective, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexiblitily, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular glass and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obrained ............The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, Transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-chage.
