Removal of existing roof treatment i.e APP membrane, brick tiling incl mud mortar/concrete any type and open up RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance , scales, oil or any other loose material complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for Single storey . The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding, safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacture direction and paid separately) over and incl one coat of cement slurry admixed with & including acrylic bonding compound SBR Latex liquid polymer as to be used for bonding of new concrete/ mortar to old surface as per manufacturer direction and finishing the surface even and smooth(without using extra cement) as in roof padding to receive water proofing treatment complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for Single storey . The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding, safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items .

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrance Note:- 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company back warranty to be submitted by contractor 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for Single storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, terrazzo dado in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish, vegetation etc outside complex (MOD land) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for white washing three coats on ceiling incl preparation of newly plastered surface.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete walls external surfaces in two layerss first layer of 10 mm in CM 1:6 & 2nd layer of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Integral water proofing liquid will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of Sch A.

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compund ISI Marked as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (walmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1. The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iii). after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (iv). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I) (v) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete walls internal surfaces in CM 1:6 finished to even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of internal wall by application of wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The new surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per manufacture’s instruction before application of distemper The cost of all material T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted . (ii). Roughening surface of old concrete floor by tucking, picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust,etc to receive the screed layer for laying floor tile complete all as specified & directed.

M & L 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring over cement screed base laid and incl 20 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including necessary grinding, rubbing and polishing (mirror polished) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 16-18 mm thick machine cut pre polished kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting/dado laid over and incl 10 mm thick rendering of CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including necessary grinding, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) exe 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sq.m each and removing from site complete all as specified & directed.

(ii) when PVC cables connected to MCBs use suitble size of copper connectors for connection and Incoming UG cable use suitable size of lugs for connect cable through MCBS on DB. The cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.
