Water Cooled Screw Chiller unit with VFD (3Nos Working) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of AHRI Certified Water-cooled semi- hermetic horizontal twin Screw chiller units with single compressor, evaporator, water- cooled condenser, VFD starter, control panel etc. The chiller will be precharged with CFC/HCFC free R134a Refrigerant gas. The drive motor suitable for 415V +/-5%, 3 phase, 30-50 cycles/sec , drive assembly, guard, etc. The chiller should be insulated as per manufacturers standard. Microprocessor based starters shall be unit mounted with protection for under voltage, over load, earth fault and single phasing etc. The quoted price shall also include necessary vibration isolators. Micro-processor based controls with alpha-numeric display in English for all operating parameters such as supply voltage, frequency, load current, chilled water inlet, chilled water outlet, condenser inlet and outlet temperature parameters, operating pressures, minimum 1000 event log, fault history etc., Power and control hardware including one point start-stop, protective Main Switch for electric motors, starters, safety features for under-voltage and over voltage, single phase preventer, trip circuit with sensing elements for HP/LP/Anti-freeze, chilled water temperature sensors. Compressor shall be able to unload down upto 25%. COP and IPLV of chiller shall be as per ECBC building code.Actual cooling capacity at designed conditions indicated below :
PRIMARY CHILLED WATER PUMP (3 nos Working) SITC of End Suction Back Pull out Type primary chilled water pump with CI casing, Bronze Impeller, Sleeve mechanical seal along with TEFC pump motor, Each comprising of Suitable HP, TEFC Squirrel Cage Induction Motor with class "B" insulation, 1450 rpm speed, suitable for operatation on 415 ± 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply. The Pump / Motor shall confirm to IE2 Standard(minimum) and Efficiency 75% minimum and as per ISI & NBCC guideline (overall pumping system) for minimum 450 USGPM flow rate under suitable head 20M (Min), mounted and aligned on a common MS base and, drain assy., vibration isolators complete in all respects duly insulated with 50mm thick EPS (same as that of chilled water pipeline), mounted on common MS base plate, complete as per specifications etc. as required. The pump motor shall have IP55, all weather proof, isolator with lockable arrangement. [Head to be calculated as per site condition]
SECONDARY CHILLED WATER PUMP WITH VFD ( 2W + 1S ) (FOR BUILDING G+7) a) SITC of End Suction Back Pull out Type Secondary variable flow chilled water pump with CI casing, Bronze Impeller, Sleeve mechanical seal along with TEFC pump motor, duly insulated with 50mm thick EPS (same as that of chilled water pipeline), Each comprising of Suitable HP, TEFC Squirrel Cage Induction Motor with class "B" insulation, 1450 rpm speed, suitable for operatation on 415 ± 10% volts, 3 phase, 30-50 Hz A.C. supply. The Pump / Motor shall confirm to IE2 Standard (minimum) and 75% minimum Efficiency (Overall pumping system) for minimum 450 USGPM flow rate under suitable head 50M (Min) mounted and aligned on a common MS base and, drain assy., vibration isolators complete in all respects with insulation. [ Head to be calculated as per site condition] The pump motor shall have IP55, all weather proof, isolator with lockable arrangement. Each pump shall have Variable Frequency Drive, with IP_-54 panel enclosure and having a bypass mode. b) The VFD shall comply with IEEE-519 and having built-in input chokes, for harmonic supression on current (THID) less than 30 % to 35% only and voltage harmonic (THVD) less than 5%. This indicated harmonics shall be at drive input side. Standard logic applicable for the specified pump. The drive shall be having open protocole connectivity (Modbus/Bacnet/N2/FLN) and having a bypass mode with Star-Delta starter including S&F of VFD of suitable rating ( MAKE: ABB/DANFOSS/SIEMENS) , MCCB as incomer of suitable rating, C/O Switch overload protection, SPP, phase srequency protection and connection with suitable copper wire with ON,OFF & Trip indication, connectors etc. in SS enclosure with 2 nos ventilation fans (1W+1S) through 24x7 time switch to be fixed on wall as per direction of EIC.

2-WAY MIXING VALVE WITH ACTUATOR, LINKAGE & THERMOSTAT The two way modulating valves shall be provided in chilled water line to the cooling coil of Air- handlers which is actuated by a proportionate thermostat. These valves shall consist of bronze metal valve body with stainless steel trim. Modulating motor shall be suitable for operation with a signal of 0-24 volt DC. PRESSURE GAUGE SITC of the following Water line PRESSURE GAUGE as per following categories, sizes and quantities complete with providing flanges, nut-bolts, gasket and welding arrangements: Bourden type pressure gauges of 100mm dia of suitable range shall be provided.The water pressure gauge shall be made of stainless steel grade SS304. The dial plate shall be powder coated with white colour base & the calibration shall be done in black colour. THERMOMETER SITC of the following Water line INDUSTRIAL TYPE THERMOMETER, as per following categories, sizes and qunatities complete with providing all fixing accessories: The V form thermometer shall be made of aluminium die casting with golden colour anodizing. The thermometer shall have a V groove in the body to protect the refill from the damages during the installation. The refill shall be filled with blue colour mercury. The thermometer shall be complete with brass well & the calibration of temperature shall be in Celsius & Fahrenheit.

D. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.
