Supply, Laying, testing and commissioning LT Cable 1100 Volt grade 3.5 core 35 Sqmm aluminium conductor, heavy duty with XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured or tape and over all PVC sheathed stranded conductor with suitable size of thimbling fixed in wall/floor or laying in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and Fix High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches 40 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix AC Three phase static Tamper proof energy meter of accuracy class 1.0, 3 x 240 V, 50 Hz with Backlit LCD display of rating 10 - 60 A, measures and displays KWH, V, Current I, KW, pf last month history of KWH, MD in KW with special features like TOD, temper logging, optical communication port display in absence of power with box including connecting/testing on load/scaling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, connecting, testing and commissioning of 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, 433 volts, feeder pillar meter box indoor type front open, dust and vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet 2mm thick compartmentalised suitable to accommodate 09 Nos energy meters including toughned glass for meter reading with locking arrangements, welded on angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 6mm duly grouted in floor/wall including necessary PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate platform with required mounting channel feeder pillar box fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA steel sheet duly pretreated and powder coated, factory fabricated panel, including cable glands of suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Electronic energy meter shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour Sub main wiring complete with 2 runs of 6 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable(FRLS) 1100 volts grade multi standard copper conductor drawn through and including non-metallic PVC rigid conduit including all accessories as bend,tee,junction boxes elbows etc, fixed in walls/roof including one run of 6 sqmm earth continuity PVC insulated copper wire(FRLS) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 3 runs of 6 Sqmm cable, one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

Supply and fixing distribution board made out of sheet metal enclosure(CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, powder coated, factory made, IP 43 protection, double door type SPN 4 way with 200 Amps, 240 Volt rated copper bus bar neutral and earth connected bars for use of MCB 240V fixed properly at directed place by using suitable required fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MCB shall be mesured and paid separately.
