Annual Maintenance Contract of EPABX, Cabling and Telephones installed in the Office of the MD, MPMKVVCL, Bhopal and adjoining offices/buildings for a period of one year extendable up to further one year.

Annual Maintenance Part – I (a) Annual Maintenance of EPABX System (16 trunk line ports & 260 extensions) KAREL DS 200 with Expansion rack & it’s power supply, operator Consol, auto attendant. The work includes periodical maintenance and replacement of spare except cabling & telephone instruments installed in the office of MD, MPMKVVCL, Bhopal for the period of one year & if satisfactory service then extension one year. Part – II (b) Annual Maintenance of EPABX System Cabling & Telephone instruments installed in the premises of MD, MPMKVVCL, Bhopal, CGM (BR) office, GM(O&M), New IT Section, Data Centre, Load Management, IT Cell of MD office, SCADA Call Centre at Nishtha Parisar, Bijlinagar, Bhopal as below:- (i) Approx. 260 nos. Telephone instruments of Beetel, Binatone, Panasonic make. (ii) 19 nos. DP Boxes. (iii) PVC cabling including casing capping, replacement of cable upto 5 metres & shifting of telephone instruments whenever required. (e) Jelly filled from MD office to IT cell 125 metres MD office to SCADA 225 metres, MD office extension building (70x2)140 metres & MD office 2nd time extension building (completed in 2019-20) (135x2) 270 metres.
