M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks old size bricks, straight or curved on plan any radius in cement mortar (1:4), for half brick thick wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on surface of any description of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.. NOTE :- unit rate shall be included to make small fittings such as elbow, socket, reducer, tee, union etc .

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantiling timber framed work scantling 40sqm cm and over in section in any position complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi- corrugated in roofs,walls etc fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in -charge.

M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement two piece adjustable plain wing ridge fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in -charge.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having zinc coating 150 gm per sqm (Az 150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Checking of joinery (wooden/steel) iron/aluminium mongery, pelmet box, door springs etc requiring carpentry work and carrying out minor repairs such as tightening of screws/nails, fixing glass panes, minor adjustment of joinery, door etc. including petty repairs material like screws/nails, plug etc. to make it functional complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note : Any other items except mentioned in this item, if required, the same shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items)

Checking of floor, plinth, plaster etc requiring masonry work and carrying out minor repairs such as edges, patches etc, including petty repairs material like sand, cement & aggregate to make it functional complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note : Any other items except mentioned in this item or major repair , if required, the same shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items)

Checking and attending to water leakage from taps, flushing cisterns, wash hand basins and other sanitary fittings/fixtures and any obstruction to water supply, requiring plumber work and carryout minor repairs such as replacement of washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern etc including petty materials like washers of all sizes, thread(shoot), M-seal, screws, nails, check nuts to make water supply/ plumbing lines functional and leak proof complete all as specified and directed by Emgr-In-Charge. (Note : Any other items except mentioned in this item, if required, the same shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items)

Cleaning of sewage line upto first man holes by any means and removing blockage of WC, EWC, Bathroom, floor trap of WHB/Kitchen pipe etc including first man hole complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 15mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15 mm - 142 gms) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 40mm dia brass polished cupboard knobs,fixed with nut, screw and washer of mild steel, bright finihed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F magnet catcher fixed in cabnet shutter (one portion) and wooden frame (other portion) with screw complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 100 mm long fancy type stainless steel handle complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
