Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth in foundation and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in , including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations for concrete post/struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of rough finished flat concrete surface foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (Nominal mix) (1:2:4) type BO (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per above item No 7 but up to 8 mm dia as in stirrups, rings spacers and binder.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc for Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality -B complete all as specified & directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of floor/floors and paving etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exc in post holes n exc 0.5 cum and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 at any height for sun shelter/ Hangar incl fixing of wire net with bolting or reveting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F wire netting of stainless steel wire 0.91 mm dia 20 mm aperture fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) solid block masonary exc 10 cm in width and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortor (1:6) on fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angles in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10 mm dia mild steel bars confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 in available lengths as in line bars in chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Each line wire to be measured.)

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing, any type of size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation over areas n.exc 1.5m in deep and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of of broken stone boulders of gauge not exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered rammed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (Design Mix) M-25 as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and draw submain wiring with two runs of single core 4.0 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multistrand, unseathed conductor drawn through and providing stove enamelled steel conduit of suitable size and all necessary fittings including one run of 4.0 sqmm multi strand FRLS PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dully complete including making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) Necessary chases cuttings for concealed wiring and making a good of distrubed surfaces are measured and paid under relevant items. (ii) Two runs of cable with one run of earth wire and conduit shall be measured & paid as one length.)

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm multistrand, FRLS copper conductor cable, PVC insulated and unsheathed, drawing in and including PVC conduit 20 mm dia medium grade ISI marked with all accessories such as bends, elbows reducers, pressed steel/ MS terminal boxes factory made 1.6 mm thick dully painted in rectangular shape appropriate size (having wall thickness of conduit not less than 2.00 mm) for one light/ fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way, covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for mounting switches, sockets requlators etc and continous PVC insulated and unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable multistrand as earth wire, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sel item No. 33 above but 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amp on Independent board.
