Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above) ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for broken bricks hard core of gauge exc 63mm but not exceeding 100mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and levelled in layer n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in floors/hardstanding laid in panels and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 38mm wide Aluminium dividing strips, 1.5mm thick, inserted in position, conform to design all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing for heavy duty tiles (coloured), good grip series, size 300 mm x 300 mm x 10 mm thick, pattern as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre, laid over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortor (1:4) bed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; etc including dismantling of existing stone slab/tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as roof kerbs or mud stops and the like, rounded or chamfered on edges complete including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for routine maintenance of rolling shutter area of shutter n exc 10.00 sqm each (Max height. 3.50 M) :- (a) Taking down hood covers for carrying out routine maintenance and refixing the same (b) Dismantling the MS and CI works of any description such as sheets, shafts, cost iron wheels, lath etc and taking down helical springs, rollers and other accessories etc. (c) Refixing the serviceable accessories such as shafts, helical springs, rollers lath sheets, cast iron wheels etc. (d) Cleaning, oiling, greasing etc complete of all movable parts all as required at site

Supply and fixing of 1.25mm thick steel rolling shutters, with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type including taking down old rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling for disturbed or detorated fencing barbeed wire from swan neck angle post of any type over existing fenceing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing ' Y ' shaped angle iron post of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm along with FI 40 x 5mm welded at base for better grip suitable fixing razor tape concertina coil of 600mm dia embeded in concrete B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) in existing boundary wall inclusive of cutting and formwork as required and making good with plaster in CM mortar 1:6 and surface finished with cement base paint to match the existing including takingout/dismantling existing swan neck angle post complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Razor Tape Concertina Coil not less than 2.5mm thick of 600mm dia meter with uniform sapcing 8-9 inches tied with using binding wire between the embeded angle post all as specified and directed

Material & labour for removing blockage from WC's traps (P trap/floor trap/nahani trap/gully trap etc) inside the building at any floor including cleaning and flusing the pipes upto fist manhole complete all as secified and directed. Note :- Above job includes cleaning of each trap & pipe of toilet/bathroom/kitchen block irrespective of length of pipe involved upto first man hole and altogethe shall be taken as one job for payment purpose

Material & labour for rodding and cleaning of sewer line from gully trap to first manhole including gully trap and first manhole of any depth and removing sludge/waste and disposal in low laying area upto 200 mtr of any type by means of using rodding inclduing desludging , descaling & clear the chocking all as specifiea and directed. Note :- Removed covered from the manhole will be relaid to cover the manhole. Note :-Any damage made during rodding and cleaning will be made good with no extra cost.

Supply and fixing in repair of PVC (SWR) floor trap 75mm dia plain with PVC grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC (SWR) Gully trap 125/110mm, plain with grating including seting and jointing with solvent cement complete fixed in repair all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floor etc including taking down existing pipe of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floor etc including taking down existing pipe of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of PVC (SWR) bends 75 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) 110mm bore equal or unequal fitted with access door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) vent cowl complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) vent cowl complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for manhole, drain etc) and simililar articles with plain faces including necessary form work etc, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ)

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rough cast plaster with and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall or concrete surface as specified in clause 14.22 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. (ii) The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing using 3.15mm to 4mm dia GI wire 75x75mm/100x100mm mesh including line wires, any mesh, size & type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as dirceted

Supply and fixing of mild steel, rolled sections (channel, angle or tee sections) fixed independently cut to ordinary length as in post or struts in fencing, ladder etc. including cutting tops to shape as required , drilling holes, notching for wire etc. including flat iron fillets with nuts and bolts for securing chain link fencing including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc conforming to Fe-410(Gde 250), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips confirming Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) complete all specified and directed

Supply and fixing of mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of neck 5 to10mm with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other head or screwed both end, each screw end to fitted with 3mm thick MS washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, length of bolt exc 5cm but n'exc 10 cm long complete all directed.

Supply and fixing of galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with & provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line of wire to be measured), including dismantling of deterioted barbed wire fencing complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for in any position of unframed/ framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel, framed work such as ornamental intricate design grills, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing framed work of water tanks and similar work including pintal hinges, stops hand made sliding bolts etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including taking down existing mild steel work any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with "L"or "J" type hooks and washer as in roof, wall etc complete including taking down existing sheets any pattern in roof including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, skirting, on vertical surface and like in 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm, and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including rounding, moulding on edges etc and polishing etc including dismantling of existing stone /tiles etc including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sq. cm and over in section, in any position of unframed/ framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel, rolled sections as in main or cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlin where connected to comman rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to grade Fe-410(Gde 250), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa tensile strength as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J type hooks including rubber washer etc including taking down existing AC sheets any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
