Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 m Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 Cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of surplus earth excavated material earth out of municipal limits includiong loading,unloading,stacking and carting by trcucks/tippers/tractor trolly etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of Cement Concrete Pavements as per Technical Specification Clause 202. Dismantling of cement concrete pavements bymechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 Cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately, includiong loading,unloading,stacking and carting by trcucks/tippers/tractor trolly etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.For Grading I Material including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 By Mechanical Means including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements of M-40 Grade having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Concrete with cement, coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast in proportion 1:4:8 in foundations and floors including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 Nominal mix 1:2.4 including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Brick Masonary work in 1:4 Cement mortar in substructure complite as per drawing and technical specification including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per Technic specification Clause 613.4&1204 including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504. (Bitumen VG-10 @ 3.3% of the weight of mix has been used for analysis purpose. The choice of bitumen will depend upon the prevailing site conditions and shall be in accordance with Clause 504 of MORD) with Bitumen VG-30 including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with in plant Recycling (HIP)- Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed/ Recycle aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder, filler and warm mix additive @ 0.4% by weight of bitumenand filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydro static paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification,clause No. 508 including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Grading II -10mm using VG - 30 bitumen (bituminous binder @ 5 % of mix)

Supply and fixing of precast R.C.C. Slab of 1.20 M x 0.50M x 0.10M in size in RCC grade M25 encased with 3.0 mm thick MS plate includind cost of reinforcement, all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing of precast R.C.C. Slab of 1.00 M x 0.50M x 0.10M in size in RCC grade M25 encased with 3.0 mm thick MS plate including cost of reinforcement, all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202 including cost of reinforcement, all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 R.C.C M 30 including cost of reinforcement, all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
