Dismantling mangalore pattern roofing tiles with ceiling tiles or slate roofing including ridges complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked).

All as per item No. 25 here-in-above, but except roof tiles. Note : Roofing tiles obtained serviceable from serial item No 9 here-in-above shall be used under this item.

M&L for Ridges or hip tiles to suit Manglore pattern roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course of floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, etc, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:40 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen Blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite slab (Jet Black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and the like, set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e. 600mm x 300mm or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Cutting/ Chipping/ Dismantling of spall / loose damaged concrete from soffits of RCC slab / other RCC structural members in a controlled manner carefully by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete upto good parent concrete to expose the existing reinforcement (direct hammering should be avoided) average thickness of 50-75 mm including cleaning the exposed surfaces by water jet pressure pump at 4 to 5 kg/ Sqcm pressure to remove chlorides and loose particles, air drying the surface etc for further treatment with & including all necessary tools, safety measures like helmet, safety belt, adequate labour insurance, scaffolding, etc. for height upto 15 metre from average ground level under the supervision of qualified supervisor (the damaged ceiling/ concrete shall only be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement bars with wire brush / rotary wire brush making the surface free from cement skin, loose particles, dirt, etc and applying rust remover/converter (Rebaklense RR of M/s Fosroc / Amandur of GK technocom or equivalent of Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite) over the corroded reinforcement bars where ever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application with & including all necessary tools, scaffolding, etc. for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and application of Nitozinc Primer of M/S Fosroc or equivalent of Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite over the exposed steel reinforcement after removing the rust scales from the exposed reinforcement bars with & including all necessary tools, scaffolding, etc. for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Nitobond EP (2.5 Kg pack and coverage area 5.5 Sqm/ 4.5 Kg pack and coverage area 10 Sqm) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surfaces including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, brush etc. for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Fosroc or equivalent of Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

M&L for application of high build polymer modified cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 6 ltrs SBR latex per bag of cement {Compressive strength after 28 days ≥ 40 N/sqmm (According to ASTM C109)} in small patch work over column/ beams/ ceilings / walls surfaces 20 to 30mm thick in two layers over a coat of bonding agent like Nitobond SBR (1 ltr SBR + 3 Kg cement) applied as per manufacturer’s instructions for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- SBR latex chemical shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’.

Supply only SBR latex chemical of Make Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Fosroc / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

M&L for complete water proofing treatment to sunken floors and returning filling of sunken and repair as under :- (i) First layer of slurry of cement using 0.225 Kg Cebex 100 or equivalent mixed to 50 kg bag of cement using pressure grouting with 40 psi pump after filling all joints/ cracks in CM 1:4 mixed with Nitobond SBR or equivalent @ 1 Litre per 50 kg bag of cement. (ii) Providing and applying 1.5mm thick with two coats with interval period of 6 hrs over substrate at a coverage rate 2 kg per sqm using spray/ roller over a layer of water proof coating using Fosroc Nitoproof 600 or equivalent over dry surfaces. (iii) Laying 200gms non woven geo textile membrane over Nitoproof 600 coating with overlap sealed before providing screed bedding. Note : Quoted rate shall be inclusive of demolition of existing sunken treatment.

S&F 50mm bore and 60 cm long GI pipe medium grade fixed in floors as spouts for sunken floor including cutting and making holes in stone masonry walls and making good in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 and CM 1:3 complete all as directed. Note : Free end of spout shall be cut at 45 degree angle.

S&F in repair steel rolling shutters of 1.00 mm thickness of laths, without ball bearing, push pull or manual type, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete all as specified & as directed.
