ADDITION AND ALTERATION OF INCS SUB STATION AT INS CIRCARS UNDER AGE E/M NO-I OF GE (U-I) VISAKHAPATNAM

M&L for disconnecting existing electrical and mechanical connections of both HV / LV side of existing transformer of capacity upto 750 KVA at Sub Station including jumpers, busbars & LT busbar cable boxes, taking down carefully transformer including loading into transporting vehicle with the help of crane, transporting to new Sub Station within 2 Km distance range, unloading safely and re-installing the transformer alongwith its accessories at new Sub Station including cable connections of both HV / LV side, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Shifting of transformer safely to new location without any damage shall be responsibility of contractor and any damaged occurred to transformer during this process shall be made good by contractor at his own cost without any extra claim to department.

Dismantling of existing LT panel including disconnecting of elecrical cable from existing site, demolition of PCC base / foundation as required, taking out the LT Panels, transporting to new location and re-installing at new site including mounting on PCC platform made out of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (20 mm grade stone aggregate), 150 mm thick (100 mm below GL & 50 mm above GL) of panel board and including necessary form work, earth work and excavation for Panels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Rate quote by the tenderer shall deemed to inclusive of dismantling of existing LT panel, transportation and fixing at new location including PCC foundation including earth work, excavation complete.

Dismantling of existing RMU panel including disconnecting of all elecrical & mechanical connections, demoliton of PCC base and taking out Panels, transporting to new location and re-installing including necessary connecitons & including mounting on PCC platform of requisite size made out of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary earth work and excavation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Rate quote by the tenderer shall deemed to inclusive of dismantling of existing RMU, transportation, shifting and installation at new location including earth work, excavation and PCC foundation complete.

M & L for construction of Brick Masonry Platform suitable for transformer of upto 750 KVA Capacity of size 2000 X 2000 X 1200 mm above GL and 0.60 m below GL ( I Shape in Plan with 300 x 300 mm size cut out for cable duct) built in cement mortar (1:6), with fly ash bricks including 75 mm thickness PCC (1:4:8) type B2 (40 mm grade stone aggregate) bed below platform and 100 mm thickness PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm grade stone aggregate) on top of the brick work, with and including plastering 20 mm thick (1:6) upto 150 mm below GL and apply three coats white wash including necessary earth work and excavation complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to inclusive of the following :- (a) Earth work & Excavation (b) PCC bed for Brick plat form, 75 mm thick (c) Brick platform (d) 100 thick PCC topon Brick work including necessary form work (e) Plastering and white wash.

S&F cubical type LT panel board, outdoor type, factory made from CPRI approved factory, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet and including MS angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame work, legs 0.6 m long, MC 100 channel base, totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof using neoprene rubber gasket (IP-54), double leaf door shutter in front side and single leaf shutter in rear side fixed with hinges having necessary locking arrangement in both front and rear door, with four side projected slanting roof, provided with louvers for ventilation / heat dissipation, danger notice plate, duly powder coated of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally and including mounting on PCC platform made out of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate), 150 mm thick (100 mm below & 50 mm above GL) and including necessary form work, earth work and excavation. M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to earth lead of galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and directed. M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm for straight through, heat shrink type joint with jointing material and accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of earth work & excavation shall deemed to included in the unit rate quoted against this item.

M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm for indoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of earth work & excavation shall deemed to included in the unit rate quoted against this item.

Supply & laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, Earthed, grade cross sectional area 240 Sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches / duct / on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with alumimium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 300 Sqmm x 3.5 Core, laid in trenches / passing through pipe / duct / on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing un-serviceable XLPE Cable of any size in underground / alongwith pole or in any positon complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation and earthwork (if required) shall measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all excavated material in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenching with soil and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning with clean and dry stone crushed stone dust in trenches for protection of UG cable and including punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness of stone dust coushioning shall only measured and paid.

Supply & laying sub class 'B', class designation 75 bricks of old size, laid over sand cushioning along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches including taking out old bricks complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cushioning will measured and paid seperately.

M&L for cutting the tarmac / hard standings in road and excavating trenches across the road in size not exceeding 0.45 m wide and 0.6 m depth for laying cable / cable protection pipe including refilling earth & making good top surface of the disturbed portion with 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) / bituminous mix as per existing & matching with the surroundings including removal of rabbish off to distance not exceeding 100 m complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted against this item shall deemed to include cost for necessary cement concrete work required for making good top surface.

S&F 100 mm bore dia galvanised steel tubing, light grade, laid under road crossing, for cable protection or fixed to poles, walls or laid under floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, of size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm, laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of existing Interlocking Paver Blocks of 60 mm thick and relaying the same at different location or in the same location including 50 mm thick sand cushioning at base of blocks and including packing both edges of pavement with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) of size 300 mm X 110 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Old Paver blocks shall be dismantled carefully and relaying of the same shall be done at new location or same location as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Rate qouted by the tenderer shall deemed to inclusive of 50mm thick sand cushioning and including packing with PCC of size 300x110 mm of PCC (1:2:4), type 'B1' (20 mm graded stone aggregate) on both sides of pavement.

M&L hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc,) and including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc, and including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete with grade of steel conforming to Fe - 290 (Gde E - 165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L straight through joint, heat shrinkable type complete with jointing materials and accessories, suitable for 1.1 KV, 3.5 core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of size 240 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of earth work & excavation shall deemed to included in the unit rate quoted against this item.
