S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire over existing compound wall 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), fixed in repair.

M & L 12 mm thick Gypsum Board as in ceiling as per the specification. Note: 1 Barbed wire will be measured & paid separately. 2. Contractor is reqired to submit test certification galvanising. 3. Each concertina coil to be expanded upto max of 6 mtr in length only.

S&F Aluminium composite panels in any colors/metallic/reflective/mirror of approved brand for ceiling at all heights including necessary aluminum composite panel consisting of 3 mm thermoplasticcore of antioxidant LDPE sandwiched between two skin of 0.50 mm thick alloy sheet making a total sheet thickness of 4.00 mm. The surface shall be finsished with PDVF base coating on top side and service coating on the reverse side with a polymer paint. The system to be fixed to existing MS tube framework with necessary clamps,brackets, anchor fasteners,nut &bolts, washers, cleats, stainless steel screws, weather silicon sealant for the gaps between frame and panels,groove filling, backer rods etc, to achieve a ture level surface complete all as per manufactureri nstuctions and as directed by Engr-in-charge. All clamps and brackets shall be hot dip galvanized minimum 80 micron thick and confirming to IS-4759-1996 (Item include cost of ACP panels,clamps, weather sealant, gasket, foam, fixtures,scaffolding, all machineries and ay other fastening strips, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc complete). The manufacturer shall be give guarantee/warranty for ACP panels for a period of five years. An amount of 2.50% shall be withheld from the final bill towards the guarantee amount and the same shall be released on expiry of guarantee period on submission of no demand certificate. However the contractor shall have the option of submitting FDR in favour of GE obtained from scheduled bank. Make of ACP : ALUPEX/ALUDECOR/ALSTRONG.

The extruded aluminium sections shall be anodised in approved colour with anodic coating minimum 20 microns.(items include cost of aluminium frame, ACP Panels, Cramps, weather sealent, gasket, foam, fixtures, scaffolding, all machineries and any other fastening strips, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc complete). The manufacturer shall also give guarantee/warranty for ACP panels for a period of Five years.
