PHED O & M BSR 2021_1.7 Disconnection of water connection from existing pipe line in all type of soils up to 1.5 mtr depth by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work, with cutting of service line and refixing of clamp revolving it 180 degree refill the pit from excavated sand by ramming it & upto ground level for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour.

1.7.1 Add on above item no. 7 for B.T. Road (Add 5%)

1.7.2 Add on above item no. 7 for CC Road (Add 10%)

1.7.3 Add on above item no. 7 if depth of pipe line is above 1.5 mtr and up to 3.0 mtr (Add 20%)

PHED O & M BSR 2021_1.16 Maintenance of pipelines irrespective of size & material which includes Repairing of Bursts & leakages pollution control, survey & removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections, Collection & recording minimum 10 nos. residual chlorine samples during daily supply timings, interconnections and all works related to pipeline network in existing distribution /rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil/ hard soil including cutting of Black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and refilling of pit by excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipes and upto ground level. For entire job contractor will use their own T & P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange de-watering,JCB & Tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this item. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network of rising and distribution pipeline network within the scope of work for per km pipe line per month. Jointing material shall be provided by the department.

Minimum labour for a following kms pipelines to be deployed.

1 km to 50 km - one fitter-II & one beldar

51 km to 100 km - one fitter-II & Two beldar

101 km to 200 km - Two fitter-II & Four beldar

201km to 300 km - Three fitter-II & Six beldar

301 km to 400 km - Four fitter-II & Eight beldar

401 km to 500 km - Five fitter-II & Ten beldar

PHED O & M BSR 2021_5.4 Welding on M.S. / G.I./CI Pipes and other material by Electric Welding, this includes all the material like welding rods/ equipment like welding machine/ generater, if required for job.

PHED O & M BSR 2021_5.5Providing, Fabrication of Mild Steel Plane Ended/ Flanged Specials like Tees, Bends, Reducers, Enlargers, Plugs, Tail Pieces and Blank Flange made from MS pipes, MS sheet strip and MS Sheet of required sizes by welding, cutting and treading as per site conditions and as directed by the Engineer- In- Charge complete in all respect.

PHED O & M BSR 2021_1.15 Restoration of cement concrete road including making of pit in regular shape, ramming and consolidation of surface, laying, positioning and compacting cement concrete ( M-20 ) minimum thickness 200 mm upto the satisfaction of engineer incharge. The rate includes the making of pit in regular shape, all labour, material and T&P charge complete job.
