Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, concrete laid in alternate bays with 6mm wide joints through out thickness of concrete along the wall & between bays, joints filled with mastic filling using one part of bitumen 80/100 mixed with three parts of dry sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (interior grade) over and including one coat of cement primer and 1mm thick wall care putty on wall complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick (10+5mm) in two layers with cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) mixing with WPC @ 2 % weight of cement or as per direction of manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be mixed in 5mm thick 2nd layer only and supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Taking down existing roof treatment such as tarfelt with tiles and cement /lime mortar and screed bed from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50 m and n. exc. 100m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of WPC as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane and supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item ).

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only).

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645-1975, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment:- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.25 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surface. (Note :- Bituminuous primer shall be "TANK MASTIC" manufactured by "EMUFALTE" manufactured by M/s Texsa India Ltd./STP) (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.50 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done with torch application method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints with suitable adhesive as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane shall be "MOPLY FP 3MM" manufactured by M/S Texsa India Limited and Super Thermolay by STP Ltd. (iv) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of spoils/ demolished materials to a distance not exceeding 100m and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

E/M WORKS(INTERNAL) Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store(to be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse), complete all as directed.

Materials and labour for concealed point wiring with 1.50 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, drawn through and including PVC conduit 20 mm dia(medium grade) complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/ceiling, including factory made sunk type mild steel terminal boxes 1.25 mm thick (wall thickness) conforming to IS-5133 (Part-I) with 3mm thick hylem sheet top cover for mounting switches/ sockets/regulator etc., including 1.50 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, green in colour for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for One light point/ One fan point/bell point controlled by one switch including cutting chases for concealed conduit, pinning in, making good to facing and disturbed surfaces using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying/fixing GI pipe light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection including all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole with suitable clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down street light fittings any type and watt including accessories from 8.5/9 mtr pole and top of building or other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix and testing LED street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing, top maintainable type with toughened glass cover in IP 66 protection, 45W suitable for pole dia 40mm including fabrication of existing bracket complete all as specified and directed.

S&F polycarbonate PVC junction box/ bus bar chamber for loop connection of street light cable of size 205x255x112mm with 5 pole terminals with provision for cable entry and exit and making holes on steel pole where required, fixed on pole steel/PCC with suitable two flat iron clamp made out of 25x4mm and GI nut bolts complete all as specified and directed.
