R and M of Paint marking in operational area Infrastructural Support Services of Civil works of Runway Apron and Taxiway for the year 2020 21

Attending day to day complaints of runway/taxi track/ Apron/vehicular lane pavements in operational area by carrying out any one or all of the following works during day time only as per the direction of the Engg in Charge. a) By executing patch repair. The process of repairing involves cutting, cleaning the distress area where the patch work is required over the existing pavements of runway, taxiways, apron, roads, vehicular lanes etc.mixing the agreegates and filler with bitumen emulsion and laying the prepared material/ cold bituminous mixing the agreegates and filler with bitumen emulsion and laying the prepared material/ cold bituminous mix autosealant in cut portion of the surface, i/c providing tack coat with emulsion and making the surface level with the existing surface and compacting by rammers (Durmush) manually or mechanically. ( The material like autoseal, bitumen emulsion, aggregates etc. shall be provided by the department free of cost) b) by putting and removing necessary closure marking in runway, taxiway , apron and like as and when required as per direction of the Engg in Charge.( necessary sand bags, clothes , cones,flags etc to be arranged by the contractor as per requirement/direction of AAI) c) by cleaning the sides of the runway from any dust, vegetable growth, debris, foreign material,water stagnation etc. d) any other minor alike repair work in operational area (materials will be supplied by the Department free of cost) e) Carrying out inspection as required of pavements in runway/taxiway/apron/vehicular lane or any other pavement and attending the deffects(if any) found in inspection as per the direction of the Engg in Charge. f) Painting of markings and all types of lettering on Runway ,Taxi track, Apron, Vehicular lane etc with co ordination of AOCC or Apron control.(Necessary brush,cloth,rope,measuring tape, bucket, etc to be arranged by the contractor as per requirement Note: 1) T & P like brooms, spade, gaintee, rammer, trowel, sickle, clothes,measuring tapes and like are to be provided by the contractor. 2) The complaint should be attended immediately in working and non working days. 3) Uniform sets, Shoe, socks, sunglass, Rain coat & reflective Jacket etc. for each labourer associated to this Job are mandatory and to be provided by the contractor.

Providing one tonne capacity carriage truck with driver and fuel on hire basis during day/night time. Note: 1) vehicle is to be provided in all working and non- working days 2) substitute vehicle is to be arranged by the agency during maintenance of the routine vehicle

Providing services of document controller / computer operator for maintaining / retrieving hard & soft copy of documents , taking dictation & typing, filing, despatching, making statements ,correspondence letters etc. by engaging the appropriate skilled people and delivering the services as and when required by AAI officials and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge for the Engineering Wing at NSCBI Airport , Kolkata.
