24 Fabricating and fixing in position MS railing using structural

steel TATA/JINDAL/ Asian sections of YST 310 grade using

hollow box sections, plates, angles, tees, pipes, MS square

polished bars as per drawing. The rates shall include all

the bolts using non-shrink cementitious grouts of Sika or

Surface Preparation :

surface is thoroughly clean, dry and free from all loose dirt,

by water jetting if required. Fill up all minor cracks and

defects with white cement and

Apply a liberal coat of exterior acrylic primer and allow it to

dry for 4-5 hours. Application

of putty is not recommended.
