Material and labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and incuding medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall surfaces and on surface on ceiling surfaces and incuding provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes modular type of size/modules as required at site with earth dolly (boxes shall be galvanised or painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally) including provision of new covered plate over sunken box for housing the modular switches , modular socket outlets,modular fan regulators etc. for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- a) .All chases will be cut by chase cutter only b) Switch, socket outlet and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately .

Supply and fix modular switch 1 module, single pole, one way 6 Amps flush type, 230 volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface type 2/3 terminal polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F electronic Fan regulator modular 100 watt, 2 module, 230 volts , 50 Hz, AC supply suitable for ceiling fan any type/make/sweep complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix ceiling fans, AC, single phase, 230 V, 50 Hz, copper wounded of 1200 mm sweep having service value more than or equal to 6 with BLDC technology , max power input up to 35 watt, copper wire induction motor with 5 star BEE ratings, complete along with canopy cover, down rod, 'U' clamp, 3 core PVC flexible cable 1sqmm for making connection of fan and hanging the fan in clamp, connecting with electrical connection all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note ; - MES No shall be written by the contractor with permanent marker over ceiling fan of specified size and colour and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included of this element.

Supply and fix modular switch 1 module, single pole, one way 16 Amps flush type, 230 volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix modular socket outlet 3/3 pin combined, (6pin), 6/16 Amp, one way, two module, 230 volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & laying sub main wiring with two run of 4 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H,1100 volts grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor and one run of 4 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked multi stranded copper conductor as earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly including concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces in PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked of adequate size for housing the wires complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. (ii) Three runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

M & L cutting existing steel tubing 15mm bore for alterations or additions and providing 15mm bore GI tee for taking conncetions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 15mm bore cast copper alloy chromium plated angular stop valves with capstan head, screwed down, high pressure scrwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F bib taps 15mm bore fancy type brass chromium plated with long body, wall flanges and capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L galvanised iron tubing 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB SP, 6-32 Amps, 240 volt,10 KA , 'B' curve complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket 20 Amp complete with and including one single pole MCB.20 Amp, 10 KA, 'B' curve complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix MCB SPN, 32/40 Amps, 240 volt,10 KA , 'B' curve complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal MCB DB SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar single pole and neutral with double door IP-54 fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board in and including copper lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection, including making smooth the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade heavy duty 2 core, 10 sq mm nominal cross section cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor multistranded served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron.Earth wire protected by GI pipe 15mm bore(medium grade) and connected to earthing test point as directed and as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 40 cm x 40cm x 5cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and earth testing on completion .

S & F rectangular box of size 175 x 100 x 50 mm made from mild steel pressed sheet 1.25 mm thick with and including 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of suitable size for mounting, switches, sockets etc. Including two coats of synthetic enamel paint black over a coat of red oxide primer and fixing with brass screws and cup washers complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable 35 sqmm cross sectional area, 3.5 core with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying of cables, GI pipes and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F light grade GI Tubing of size 40mm dia for cable protection and fixed with clamp to pole and wall with nut, bolts, washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L dry sand cushoning to cable i.e 8 cm before laying cable in trenches and 15 cm after laying the cable and compacting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying well burnt brick class-B laid flat to cover the cable with width equal to the length of cable and abutting each other for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
