Providing Refrigerant Gas 410/410A or equivalent as a standard requirement for charging etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing & Installation of Hard Drawn Copper piping complete (without insulation) as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge. 1 ⅛ inch OD

Providing & installation of 25 mm NB PVC drain piping complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Supply & erection of Thermal insulation with 13 mm thick Nitrale with aluminium foil complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing & connecting Electric control cables between indoor & outdoor, Machine room Supply point to indoor machine suitable cable for 3-phase line in/c Neutral etc complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Supply & erection Canvas connection complete as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing & installation Outdoor structure or Pedestal complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing & Installation Grilles/Diffusers complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing fitting fixing of thermal insulation of 50 mm thick resin bonded fibber glass or 32 mm glass wool insulation covered tissue board/ XPL sheet on the wall and ceiling fixed with frame work with GI channel covered with 26G AL perforated sheet and finally fixing with Al flat in complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing of Split type High wall minimum 2.00 TR (6,000 Kcal/ hr.) split A.C. Machine with Inverter Compressor technology operating on non-CFC refrigerant (R-410A/R-32/equivalent refrigerants) suitable for wall mounting conforming to IS:1391 (Part-II) specification (Evaporator & Condenser must have copper pipe) suitable for operation on 230 volt +- 10%, not less than 3 (Three) Star rating (2019 Standard), 50Hz, Single Phase AC Supply capable of performing a) Cooling b) Dehumidifying c) Air Circulation d) Filtering as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Standard installation testing and commissioning of 1.5 TR/ 2TR capacity High wall split Air Conditioner in/c making necessary scaffolding as per requirement etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and installation of additional length of copper pipe of suitable diameter for suction and liquid line with insulation and necessary wiring between indoor and outdoor units beyond the standard length etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Fabrication of MS platform for placement of condensing unit by using MS Angle of (50 x 50 x 5) mm size base plate nuts & bolts etc. or suitable Cradle In/c painting fitting fixing grouting by cement mixture / fitting fixing of cradle of suitable sizes as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Opening/ making hole, cutting of wall of the auditorium for supply & returned duct of Stage portion, Middle Portion, (as required) & related wall of the machine rooms and after completion of the ducting work repaired the same holes gaps by bricks & cement plastering, painting etc . Complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Supply & erection of Thermal insulation with 50 mm thick thermocol slab or 32 mm thick XPL/ Nitrile sheet for outside duct complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Sand Cement Plastering (1:4) of the outside Duct in/c wrapping Chicken Wire Mesh on the insulated duct & necessary M.S. angle Support as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Making Bamboo Scaffolding for erection/ installation of Duct, under deck insulation, fitting Fixing of Defuser griller etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing for Installation of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System Outdoor units of AC machines minimum capacity of 22 HP or 17.6 TR each Top discharge, Modular type only cool, next generation VRF, each outdoor unit comprises of 100% inverter Driven Hermetically sealed Scroll Compressors , air cooled condenser with protective coated fins heat exchangement corrosion fin factory coated propeller type fan with motor , specially designed ODUs with refrigerant cooled heat sink , nonstop working at 56 degree C, with R410A or equivalent Refrigerant , working on 3 phase AC range of 380 volt to 420 (±5%)Volt, 50Hz , the outdoor unit should contain error code LED display for ease of operation, auto addressing setting refrigerant cool PCB, Electronic expansion Valve, microprocessor controller, VRF unit should be compatible with AHU/TFA etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing for Installation of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System type indoor unit comprising of Copper coil section, filter section, micro processor type PCB , the unit shall be ceiling suspended type and complete with all standard accessories etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge VRF four way cassette unit Capacity minimum 2.8 TR.

Providing & Installation of Remote Controller Compatible of VRF indoor Unit, Cordless controller etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing & fitting fixing of copper individual Refnet Y distribution joint IDU etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.
