Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. All kinds of soil The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation scaffolding (If needed) loading/Unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, base plate, Gusset plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Supplying, Fabricating and fixing TATA 0.45mm trafod sheet with necessary nuts and bolts to fixing the sheet, including all labour and material costs, hire and labour for scaffolding, for vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J, L hooks or bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead or self reveting screw ( up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc. complete as per the drawing or the technical specification in the tender or as directed by the engineer in charge.
